CORPORATE INVESTIGATE YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH A DRUG TEST. Rude location. Whi lies about cups and refuses to give some one one when they point at the cups. Then they say oh we dont have lids. I said i dont need 1 and they look at me with a high daze and try to take my card and not give me a cup!!!!

My family and I went to Jack in the box after a long day of being on an airplane. We get to the restaurant and go through the drive through and every time after we said an order, or example “can I get a number 2 with fries” the lady would say “what’s your side” after we JUST said it. This happened throughout the entire time we ordered our food. Idk what she was doing while we were ordering but she wasn’t paying attention. We ordered several things (food and drink wise) and they didn’t have anymore of the items we ordered. This was disappointing because we don’t have a jack in the box on our city and it’s over an hour drive to get to this one so we were bummed when we couldn’t get what we ordered. The curly fries were fresh but the regular fries were cold.

The dining area is never open here. Stopped in just now, Saturday night at 7pm, and the doors are locked. After driving all day doing rideshare, the last thing I want to do is eat dinner in my car. Went across the street to Burger King instead.

The guy working there tonight on Nov 9 at 8:50 light skin fat guy with beard was rude. Tried to discourage me from ordering, by saying it’s going to be a very long wait like he didn’t wanna work. Then when I asked for taco sauce he said they were all out and when I asked if he had any sauce at all he got smart and was like “I just said no” fire him!

My husband and I came 4 months ago to this location and we were told through the drive thru, “only uber and pick ups.” We came back today we were told the same thing. It doesn’t make sense.

Food came out cold after ordering inside waiting for over 30 minutes. Look this is aweful they are laughing and joking intsead of helping each other out. I dont want to say anything because they look like they will spit on your food. Disgusting service never again. Did not even give me my shake i paid for made me wait an extra 10 minutes! Do not come here!

Totally unprofessional atmosphere. Repeatedly asked over and over what the order was and then could be heard laughing. The food was nonedible, tacos were penetrated in grease. Supposed to have been two mozzarella sticks per order, was charged for them, although there was only one per order. The fountain drinks were awful, tasted like more water than syrup. Person who took the order and payment doesn't need to be working with the public, she's total attitude, and not a good one either.
