Cant rate the food because I'm never able to order from here. Service is nonexistant . Store doesn't answer calls.store is always closed after 5pm . I never have such negative experiences at other locations it's been 2 weeks and still no refund. Also to whoever owns the place answer the phone you're getting taken off doordash because y'all don't answer the phone

Update: the ladies here during the night shift is doing a good job. The only downside is they aren't open every time they're supposed to be late at night.

So… apparently the fryer is broken and I figured that means they aren’t really busy because of that so I called and there was no answer ? My wife wanted this place as a pregnancy craving but I read some of the reviews it seems like these people are lazy

The inside of the building is never open. I live right across the street so I end up walking but I have to wait outside after ordering at the window, even if my children are with me. Right now it's way too cold to lock the inside

So I don't know who was at fault Uber eats in the app or the Restuarant itself but they had a deal buy one get one free now the burger advertised for that deal was the Sourdough Jack burger with bacon first picture shown, but what we got instead was 2 small burgers the ones with the pretzel looking bun picture on second picture shown but without the lettuce, I didn't realized until it was to late. After I took a good look at the burgers on the uber eats I saw that what we got was not what we order. I was very disappointed.

Waited at the drive thru to order, nothing but silence for minutes. Drove around to see whats up and a guy is just standing there. He says hold on, goes n grabs a cup and leaves for a few min, I left.

Our family was travelling through Charlotte and did a pickup order on the Jack in the Box app. We arrived a few minutes before 1 pm. We saw multiple cars in the drive thru. As I stepped through the door, a young woman behind the counter was walking towards the drive thru window. She looked at me and yelled "We're not open yet!" I'm confused as it is 1 pm on a weekday. I looked at the sign on the door and it says 6 am to 10 pm. I continued towards the counter where there was a sign for pick up orders. I noticed the floor was extremely greasy and was sliding as I walked. I said I had a pickup order. She ignored me. I waited at the counter and again said I had a pickup order. She asked for my name. I game my name and she looked up at the monitor hanging from the ceiling. She said "We're out of tacos!" and walked away. I saw a young man working next to the fryer with a tray of tacos that had just come out. I said I just want to cancel my order as she walked back to the drive thru window with another order and was ignored again. I stepped outside to look at the email confirmation and the app. The email said if there was an issue with the order, I had to deal with the store. I walked back in and a man came out from the back and asked what the problem was. I told him I placed a pickup order but the young lady had said they were out of tacos. He stammered for a few seconds and then said they just ran out. I told him I just wanted to cancel the order. He said I would have to deal with the people I made the order with. I said it was on the Jack in the Box app. He said I would have to deal with the "app people." I said the confirmation email said I had to deal with the store if there was an issue. He said "It does?" and I showed him the email. He said he couldn't give me a cash refund. I said I wasn't wanting a cash refund, just cancel the order. He said he couldn't and that I would have to deal with the "app people" again. I filled out a refund request on the app and received an automated email that it would be referred to the "appropriate district manager or owner/operator." It's been six days and nothing. I thought perhaps the charge would remain pending and drop off, but no, it processed through. My only recourse is to dispute the charge with VISA.
