Worst Jack in the box experience - would not even serve us later at night because we did not have a door dash order. No notification until we were ready to order, and because of their drivethru set up, we were stuck in the drivethru for more than 30 minutes.

In the corner of an industrial area. The environment is very seedy and unkept. Bathrooms are mediocre. Food was burnt and not flavorful. The cashier was very rude , speaking in a low voice and passive aggressive responses. Parking is not good. You have people taking up space inside the parking structure, fixing cars and storing them. Exits are horrible ,when leaving, as they intersect and merge into single lanes. No worth ,the headache.Parking: Be aware , there are people hanging out in parking lots with dark intentions and opportunistic tendencies.

Went here twice around 9 am for it to not be open. Not sure about the drive thru but the dining room doors are locked and they blame it on short staff.

I went here today at 1:20pm got told that they would not be taking orders for another 20 minutes, that they was in the middle of a shift change, I waited in the parking lot until 1:45pm and went back through the drive thru again, just to be told the same thing that they wouldn't be taking orders for another 20 min, that he was clocked out and no one else was there. This is absolutely unbelievable, and totally unacceptable. Will never come back

The worst ever after spending so much money I got 6 trays and 2 bacon egg and cheese I had ham on my sandwich smh and my kids trays were cold especially the eggs the pancakes soggy the hash browns were stuck to the paper I threw all the food out bcus I did go back to tell them about my sandwiches being wrong they had attitude had the bag thrown at me and was cursing all bcus I said my sandwich was wrong I am so disappointed
