The staff working on Saturday evening on 11/22/25, were exceptional. The cooks and preparers had fresh food available expeditiously and those in the front were fast, helpful and pleasant!

This is the SLOWEST restaurant I’ve ever been too!!!! They have no food and are EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I sat in line for an hour!!!!!!! This should be a crime!!!! The staff seemed to be high on something and out of it!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! The food was COLD and nasty 🤮!!!!! Save yourself the trouble

I will never eat here the manager is rude and he will argue with you and yell at you instead of fixing the problem. If you yell at the customer first you are creating a toxic environment for customers. You can't treat people in any kind of way. Read the other reviews. I'm not the only person that had this experience. Also the manager smoking a cigarette in the restaurant dining hall.

had a really disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. While I was parked near the restaurant doing an oil change on my car, one of the employees suddenly started yelling at me for no reason. When I went to place an order, she was extremely rude and even said she wasn’t going to take it. On top of that, she acted unprofessional the whole time, scratching her head and showing zero respect toward a customer. This is not the kind of service anyone expects when going out to eat. Definitely needs better customer service training.
She was screaming for no reason saying.. Two more guys walk in and walk out right on the spot
