My expirence terrible. Horrible management. Manager wants to always argue with employees and when I came in, there was only one employee and he looked clueless and looked like he didn't want to be there. I was literally there for half a hour just to get my food and don't get me started my fries were old,greasy and there was chunks of uncut fries. This did not look eatable. My burger looked like it was made in 20 seconds and the meat looked like it was sitting there all day old barely tasteful.Never coming here again

We got tacos and they were pretty tasty. We saw some non-English speakers get treated pretty poorly though.

I dont even want the food nor can I even get out this damn drive-thru. What fast food place let's someone order $60 worth of food and not tell them to park!!!! Gotta be idiots running this place. No wonder the reviews are all low.

I went for the $6 Jack Pack, but forgot the name, and didn't see it on the menu board, and after describing it, cashier didn't help recalling or directing me to the special, which is shown every 1 hour on TV!! I winded up spending $10 for similar items plus 10 mini tacos I didn't want.

Never been here and the first time I come, it’s horrible. Placed an online drive thru order at 3:27pm. We get there at 3:35pm. Dude tells me to go wait inside, but im in the drivethru line and theres someone in front and behind me. The car in front of us took 6 mins to get their food. Then i pull up, and once again he tells me to go inside. Im like bruh whats the point of waiting in the drive thru line just to go inside. Not like my order’s late by 4 minutes anyways. I go inside, and there’s 3 people waiting. A couple of ladies and one guy. Who had also been waiting 20–30 minutes, including DoorDash drivers who literally said they’d been standing there forever. Another guy said he ordered an hour ago and the workers were telling him he didn’t. The whole place was completely unorganized. Got my food at 4:15pm. 45 minute wait for some terrible food. It was god awful. Tacos tasted horrible, same with my food. Terrible service, DONT GO HERE.

Been here four times and four times they were “out” of tacos. How’s that possible? Then the employee said they didn’t take them out of the freezer and they need 24 hours to thaw. Bottom line is they didn’t wanna make them.

Had the automated speaker tell me they were closed then took the order after me, and the order before me so I had to wait while her food was done to even get out of line . As a tourist from out of town between you all and Zaxbys I will not be returning.
So depressing. I ordered 2 chicken wraps for about $7 . After waiting 20 min for it I asked for ranch and was told it’ll be 65 cents…. Seriously? Then when I got back to my

If i place an order online, and select drive thru, i want to grab the food from drive thry it was literally only 2 items. Then i cime inside to see my food just sitting, when it could have been handed to me.

Where to start. Long lines in drive thru so went inside. Employees arguing with customers. Had to order n pay on a screen but no option for curly fries w my meal. Got my food with no drama. No ketchup but a huge tub of hot sauce. Ate my food and staff arguing with more customers. Empty dining room and as I was leaving, more people tried to dine in. Employee told them dining room was closed at 3:50pm on a weekday. Heard 1 employee said was sent home. Don’t understand why if people are wanting to spend their money here that they are treated this way. Oh yeah, upper management doesn’t know what’s going on at this location.

updating this review 3 months later hahaha this jack in the box is the most UNstocked jack in the box ever. literally never have anything ever that i order and their in store order yourself register never says if something is sold out so it just lets me buy whatever and then they tell me that its not available so i have to sub for other. just take my money for free i guess
this is about the 3rd time i’ve drove by at 12:30AM and they’ve been closed but google says open til 3 AM 💔
