Came thru here at 3am after work cuz It was the only thing open. It was two black guys claiming the “system was down” cuz they both wanted to sit in their cars instead of work. Welcome to America, where hard working people drive an extra 10 min after work to get lied to by lazy fast food workers who blatantly refuse to do their jobs… absurd. STAY HOME IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK!!!

It was obviously short staffed. Shame on management team. Took 30 plus minutes to get thru the drive thru. Time we made it up to the window, our food became cold waiting for us. Employees were curtious, but you could tell over tasked. I watched for several minutes the employee bagging our food. Stop. Take an order. Then make our drinks. Then we finally got to pay. MORE staff needed.

First I want to say we normally stop here on our way to SC. Today was the worse experience I have ever had at this location. I got the Double bonus Jack it tasted like dish water. The fries were cold. I will not be back. This was horrible. Floor were sticky like they hadn't been mopped in a week the bathrooms were disgusting. In the ladies room there was pee all over the floor and toilet was stopped up and the other stall had pee all over the seat that was dried. U could tell that they have hadn't attention at all.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. Theres never full menu items, something is not available. The dining room is always closed. These locations in Charlotte are a disgrace and need to be closed down. Locations in Texas are night and day compared to these. Awful just awful. Save your money and go elsewhere.

After sitting in the drive thru for 20 min the dude came on the intercom and told me that they were only taking mobile orders, Really . That should have been told to me when I first pulled up. Unacceptable

This location repeatedly has next to nobody working. It closes randomly. Its never open in the mornings for breakfast. There is zero consistency. It is definitely not 24 hours. At this point I don't even think it's open 12 hrs.
Don't go here!! Horrible service and they close when they want. You will be ignored if they're actually opened.

On a trip from Augusta to Boon to stay in the mountains for snow and stopped here for lunch. Worst Jack in the box ever. The staff was rude and disrespectful. When we entered had one employee approach us and because we weren't ready said someone else will help you im going to make my food. Then the other employee messed up my order and gave me 2 juice boxes when I have 3 kids so had to spend another $2 for a juice. My wife requested tacos and they said they dont make them..... yet they are a menu item. Half the food took 10m and then my food and one of my kids took another 10m. I got the chicken club with only chicken, bacon and cheese and it was just chicken on bread. When I asked for another one they slapped a cold piece of cheese and old crusty bacon on it and handed it back to me. The chicken nuggets and tenders looked like they had been under the heat lamp all morning and were so dry they sucked the moisture out of my wife's mouth. The bathrooms were like a cheap gas station restroom, filthy and disgusting. And to top it off our food took 30m to complete, but another group of a different ethnicity entered and had their entire meal done within 5m while we still waited for our food to be complete. So add racist to the list. 10/10 would not recommend and if you're in the area looking for food this is not the place.

Filthy beyond imagination, sticky af floor, filthy soda area, every table was dirty, I'll never go to another one again and this one was my first time. Every aspect was horrible. I would give negative stars if possible.
