Worst place ever the lady in the drive threw got mad I asked for ketchup for my fry’s and gave me one packet so I asked for me & she gave me a whole 2 more. I didn’t know a few packs of ketchup would break them, i suggest you find a new job if you don’t like it

Second time I have ever gone to a Jack in the box, was not disappointed. I was actually looking for a cookout to go to, but none of the highway signs had cookout listed. It's possible that this was a better choice as the food was exceptional for fast food. Very pleasant employees at the drive-thru as well. I would recommend it, but we don't have these in my area. Just had dinner with my wife here. It was a great experience. The food quality and staff were all great. It's hard to trust fast food anymore, but this jack n the box is solid. Will definitely be coming back
