Drive-through is taking exceptionally long. I have four cars in front of me and it is 20 minutes waiting already. You can’t get out of line because they trap you with bushes on the right. No clue on the service or the food. Just tired sitting in line waiting to get my order

Pulled in at 345ish on 8/21/24to get my lunch. I pull in to see an employee right out side the door smoking what I thought was a cigarette. I walk into the door to smell the Oder of marijuana with the same employee that was just outside smoking. I stand there for two minutes and than this same employee say oh sir we are closed inside you are going to have to go through the drive Through. I walked past this young man when I walked into this establishment. This location just lost my business going forward.

Store #6807 One of the best experiences hands down. We always have to get Jack in the box anytime we come close to Charlotte. Being from Advance NC we don’t Have close and we have tried a lot of locations. With that being said we have not received great service at hardly any of the jack in the box’s the past two years. But This establishment has it going on! Very welcoming and it didn’t phase them that we asked for 20 tacos. Great friendly workers! We will be back to this location With the ones closer to us was as nice!

Drive thru help didn't include cheese sauce for my curly fries and it took a long time to get through drive through due to landscape people holding up the flow of traffic at 1130 am right at the beginning of lunch took 20 min to get order with minimal traffic. THAT BEING SAID THE BURGER WAS FRESH AND JUICY AND I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED TWO. WILL GO BACK AT ANOTHER TIME AND I HOPE THE BURGERS STAY LIKE THAT. DELICIOUS ?

It's Jack in the box surprisingly it was okay french fries were actually really good but the hamburgers I don't remember them being that small but maybe they've always been they were literally a size of a kid burger for a regular burger so like I said it's fast food it's getting overpriced just one of those things

One sourdough jack and one order of jalapenos took at long time at 7pm on a Wed night. The sourdough bread was burnt and the burger was cold. Jalapeno poppers were burnt and dried out. Heavy kid at the window was friendly.
