Awful. The new drink cup sizes are a scam. This tiny cup of soda with a combo is a rip off. This will be the last time I go to jack in the box unless this changes.

Haven't eaten at a Jack in 15+ years, came here from a promotion and noticed two things:

First the lady that helped me was rude, incompetent and hated her job.

Second, based on her behavior, the atmosphere, and lack of traffic I see why they are all going out of business.

Food was ok, but not good enough to ever go back.

Terrible experience! We ordered two orders online. Was able to pick up one order but our other order was given away! And then the workers accused us of trying to scam them and said someone had our information and they gave it out to someone else. my boyfriend LITERALLY drove there after making an order on a random Jack in the box craving. They thought they would do him a FAVOR AND SAY WE WILL MAKE YOUR ODER FREE OF CHARGE as long as he had to go in the back of the line. How is it doing us a favor and we paid for an Order that was given away? There were 6 cars ahead of us and he had to sit and wait for an additional hour. And get this when we got back to front of the line the car before us brought food back to them. I bet it was our order. Terrible service and horribly slow. Maybe I’ll just go there during the day because during 9pm and later; in my experience, they are not too pleasant.

Tasha was working the drive thru and she made the experience WORTH the drive!!! Her smile coupled with the incredible customer service created a feeling that she genuinely enjoys her job…and she turned me on to a new drink. Ask her about it when you go 😉

Food was great but the service was very slow. We waited over 30 minutes after ordering food to even get to the window to pay. Once we paid we waited another 10 minutes to get food.

This service is extremely slow..I have to wait in my car 10-15 minutes before food is given to me through the drive through..I ordered a chicken sandwich through the speak I asked them no bacon please (as I don’t eat pork, I learned my history in bible Deuteronomy 28:15-68 KJV)..I waited the 10-15 minutes for the food then drove off..I bit into the sandwich noticed something off and it had pork on it! I turned around asked them for a’a refund as I didn’t have to wait for a new one to be made..they are the most petties people they gone ask for the fries and drink back..you’re going to throw them away anyway..and it’s the only part they got right..I said you can just credit me for the sandwich..they refused to credit anything..I kept the fries and drink as they were going to throw it away..they are so petty and look so unhappy and miserable..I told them white (not to make anything about race but this is the truth) establishments typically apologize for the mistake let you keep what’s right and try to keep you as a customer (cause I probably would have come back, and probably with my husband that’s more money) but sometimes our people don’t know how customer service works..and will block a blessing..I filled out the survey letting corporate know..they never got back to me as the survey asked if you wanted someone to contact you I said yes no one ever contacted..I disputed the charge with my bank just the chicken sandwich only..I wasn’t trying to get a handout of any sort..now you lost someone as a customer at this location..

Service is the worst. Employees are very rude. I placed a pickup order with few sauces(it's free on the app) but the employee gave only 1 and said I have to pay for the extra. If it isn't free, why is it free on the app?

Location has been there since late 90s...early 2000s...close to UNC Charlotte...and great late night hours and options, but expect a long wait both in the drive thru and inside.
