This location had to be slow because there were only 2 people working there. It took a long time to get our food. That is a staffing for profit issue, not an employee service issue. The restaurant was clean and the food is always good and was made correctly.
I love you so much jack ❤️ this particular location never misses in any way. Other charlotte locations aren’t quite as reliable. Amazing shakes, peak jack tacos, friendly service, quick, affordable. Jaaaaaaack!
On Friday mornings (and sometimes on other days) I usually stop to pick up a large order for my office. The ladies are always so sweet and get my order done for me ASAP!!!

Literally my favorite of the American fast food. I miss the one in California but this one is great also as tho so I've actually driven up to NC from SC just to enjoy the great food again. Thanks for providing a bright experience again.
The shift Leader helped me out and the food was ?. The milkshake was Awesome. Definitely a place to come get your eat on. The commercial is as Advertised. I recommend this one.

If you’re a food delivery driver at night go up on ahead and cut off the drivers in the drive thru. The workers do not refuse service to those who cut in. Wish Jack And The Box would do something about this so people don’t waste their time waiting in the drive thru if it doesn’t matter whose in line first.
