I wanted a croissant but they were out of them. So I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit the price on the drive-thru was one price but I was charged more, on the receipt they charged me $1 extra for the bacon. It took about 5 minutes to get the biscuit and the window at the drive-thru was so nasty I just about drove off, I wish I would have, the biscuit was so cold I just threw it away. My last time eating at a Jack in The box.

Went out of my way to get some jack tacos. “Don’t have tacos available”. HOW. It’s your one redeeming quality and yet somehow every time I go to a jack in the box, there’s some issue with the tacos. Figure your tacos out.

I stopped by on my way to work this morning I have never in countered rudeness like this. I was in the drive-thru the cashier first told me I didn’t give him the correct change so I suggested I use my card I think the other cashier was a manager or lead not sure she told him he couldn’t reverse the transaction so he then gave me $14.90 I told him I gave you $20.40 my food was $5.40 so I gave him another 10 cents he then started cursing and slamming anything in his way the other co-worker didn’t say anything it then took another 10 minutes for my food I didn’t eat it because I didn’t know if he did something to it my advice is he needs training on patience and customer service that what counts to me be great at what you do. I told him have a great day he didn’t know that ruined my morning being it was 6:00 am I am a traveling nurse if this how you treat a visitor I won’t return.

Ordered online for pick up, got here at 9PM and first of all, service was awful. Kid giving my order did not seem trustworthy. I got home and my wraps were missing. When I came back he said yeah they are missing because they cannot make them this time of night, but that was not communicated to me. when I asked for a refund, I was told I should do it online, which is fine since I placed the order online, but it’s just frustrating that none of this is communicated to me when I was picking up my order. Also, cheeseburgers were completely wrong that was supposed to be on my burger was not on it, came with only cheese. Terrible experience.
I just ordered a jumbo jack and I kid you not the entire burger was COLD. Cheese unmelted. Bun hard and stale. What the heck!? Avoid this Jack in the Box. Look at all the bad reviews going back months and the owner’s response that they want to investigate. Well months later this location is still terrible. Also, why does my Coke taste like Dr. Pepper every time? I’m not going back.

Somebody was able to use my debit card while it was in my possession and I tried to call the store several times to find out what my options were to get my money back and it just keeps going to voicemail with nobody calling me back. Don’t do business with this garbage operation.
Lol! So, below they tell me to contact their office via the website, which I did, and their response to me was to go to my credit card company. No SH-T! Already done! I didn’t need them to tell me to do that. I have never eaten at Jack-in-the-Box and I will never step foot in this restaurant.

Not much to talk about it's a Jack In the Box. They are all same for the most part. Always slow as it can possibly be.

Overall I’m kinda disappointed with this location because I’ve been here on 3 different occasions..during the daytime I had the best experience..but the evening is the worst…they never give me hot food, they give me the wrong items, or they’re out of whatever I want to order. The workers seem to be nice but that’s about it.

First and last time I’ll go here. Pulled into the drive through to try their shake they are advertising. Guy grunts and mumbles over the speaker. I pull around and he’s arguing with an elderly lady. She said “But I told you” and he says “you ain’t speak to me nothing”. This guy is the only one working and has the headset on. She says “it’s fine” and drives away. My experience wasn’t much better. He has some comment every time he closes the window. Then says “you want whip cream?” Like I don’t know guy, does the advertisement out front have whip cream? I say no just to avoid another comment. Wasn’t a soul there, this place will be out of business soon.

I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. After placing my order, I heard a loud, frustrated yell from the speaker, followed by the employee saying they couldn’t fulfill my order. I accepted this and said, “Okay, have a good night,” but before I could drive away, the employee yelled again in frustration. This kind of unprofessional behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this issue for future customers.
