I dove to the drive through on Saturday 4/13/24 morning only too not be greeted by anyone not even the automated greeting as I sat for no less than 5 minutes. After a couple of minutes, I said “Hello?” And no one responded. I then drove around to the window and there was no activity in the store. I saw the car that has just went through the window and he said the drive through was open so I returned. Still there was no one available to help. I blew the horn quickly and said hello and the gentleman finally came on and yelled at me to “WAIT A MINUTE!!!!”You did not get my business and I will be hard pressed to ever darken your location again

when i got my chicken club the lettuce was brown and decomposing. bit into my food and tasted something off and slightly foul. ruined the whole thing and i am disgusted.

Food was ok, it was pretty late at night. Didn't realize the tacos were frozen then deep fried, very hard to eat. Chicken sandwich was tasty but very small. The service was great, the two employees were very pleasant and professional.

I've been eating at this Jack in the Box location for eighteen years. Sometimes the food is hot and really good. Sometimes not so hot. But hey, it's Jack in the Box, not the Brown Derby. The food is generally pretty good within the relm of fast food. Other plusses - plenty of parking. Usually not a long wait. Easy in, easy out, in a shopping center on Pineville Matthews road accross the street from Charlotte Catholic High School. Also it's manned by live human beings. No self service kiosk which l like. At the gross McDonalds right next door you have to take your own order and be your own cashier. Then pay ten dollars for a cold, disgusting Big Mac and fries. Stick with Jack.

They get mad when you have waited 10 minutes without even being acknowledged.. there's only 2 of us sir. Jack in the box needs to step it up this location
Not at all like the one I used to go to. Mind you it's been yrs since we've done fast food. The meat was burnt, needless to say we won't be going back there. Our dog did enjoy his kids burger but then he licks his feet. ??

I really enjoy the food at Jack in the box. However, the service is way too slow. If you go to their drive-thru you can watch as McDonald's serves three to one cars. I just don't understand why they can't move people through their drive-thru.

This location is ok but service is iffy, and sometimes no one answers at the drive thru. The menu is hit or miss - the egg rolls are amazing but tacos are trash for example. We were put off by the employee’s hoodie that said ‘Slimes over Sluts’… as tasteless as those tacos.Kid-friendliness: I have on two occasions heard employees curse openly both inside and in the drive-thru. Employee wore hoodie saying ‘Slimes over Sluts’
