I miss this chain of fast food. Being able to grab breakfast or lunch at anytime was always great.
My go to sandwich is the ultimate breakfast on a croissant, simply delicious.

Why be open if you are out of soda syrups, sauces, and lettuce? I feel bad for the staff, they must get the short end of the stick here a lot. Why would a franchise owner own a business and not keep it fully stocked? Hopefully HQ sees all the bad reviews and steps in.

Went there today 👎 10/ 3.... I ordered the breakfast jack combo. Sandwich was cold, they forgot my hashbrown. They were out of coke again. Also ordered a egg roll they were out of sweet and sour sauce. Disappointed with my order

Placed order inside menu price was $5.99 and it came up $7.99. The girl said the manager knew and called someone to fix it. That makes absolutely no sense. We left and will not return. The manager apparently needs more training

As a door dasher I've been to some crappy places but this one is by far the worst experience I've had, waited at the Empty drive thru for about 4 mins and decided to go inside only to be completely ignored by the employees so after 3 more minutes I decide to take an L and head to cookout, lemme add this was at 1130am (lunch time) for most of the warehouses around the area

On Sunday, October 19th 2025 around 12:30 pm, I visited this Jack in the Box location to order breakfast sandwiches via the drive-thru. The experience began poorly when the employee taking our order at the drive-thru struggled significantly to comprehend our simple request, forcing us to abandon the line and go inside to complete the order. Upon receiving the food, the order was incorrect. We were promptly refunded, and we attempted to place the correct order again. However, the gentleman who had been working the drive-thru—and who appeared impaired, with visibly bloodshot eyes—failed entirely to process the new order or take any steps to make the situation right. He demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and customer care. Due to the complete breakdown in communication and the employee's apparent condition, we left without the correct food, which is unacceptable service for a basic fast-food transaction. Beyond the failures in service, the facility itself was in a highly unsatisfactory condition. The interior of the store was dirty, and the exterior premises were trashy and unkempt. The overall lack of cleanliness raised serious concerns about food preparation and general health standards. Given the combination of poor hygiene standards and the failure of multiple staff members to provide functional service, I will not be returning to this location. I strongly urge management to address both the maintenance of the premises and the professionalism of their staff immediately.

I went to the drive thru and ordered my Son a Jr cheeseburger to eat on the way to school. After opening I realized there was in fact a sausage patty instead of a burger. This is just pure laziness, I will not return ever again!

I don't eat fast food often, but my husband likes Jack in the Box so I bought him lunch and had a burger myself. They had a line of cars in the drive thru, but it was lunch time and they went pretty fast.
