Charged me $16 for a meal. Which is insane to begin with, then wanted to charge me 30 cents for sauce after I got my meal. Food wasn't even hot when it came out. All around crappy service.

We had a mobile order placed 12/22/24 it took our money it was 11:06 when we arrived and they don’t close till midnight we waited nobody answered at the speaker we saw two employees in the kitchen and they weren’t decent enough to open the window and tell us the situation they were only throwing up hand signs as if I knew what they were saying, the mobile order also said that the order was completed which makes absolutely no sense why it would be completed if nobody was working on making any food they were just standing there very bad customer service

Placed an online order then waited over 45 minutes in line just to get to the window for the employee to say they didn't have any wings. I asked for a refund and was told they don't do any refunds at the store and that I would have to try to get a refund from where I placed the online order. I advised the employee I placed it on the website and he said we'll I don't know because we don't do refunds. Like how can you deny me a refund when you don't have what I ordered. This is unbelievable.

Took my family here and we had a big order and the lady when we got to the window said “you know that’s a lot of food right” and she was rude and disrespectful I give customer service a 0

Arrived to this location about 6 pm and was greeted by Kendra who has the worse customer service. She should not be taking orders with her rude and nasty tone. She treated me like I was beneath her and wasting her time. I was not greeted with a friendly smile or demeanor at the window. I ordered a few items and did not get all my items nor was I provided with cup holders or sauce for my items. She along with her other coworker gave me attitudes when I asked for my missing items as if I were trying to get free food. The night shift is the worse and needs a customer service training asap!

Everything was fine except the wait time. I ordered around 12:17 am from the app and paid and didn't get my food until around 130 am. There wasn't enough staff I guess, and we did get the wrong order first, but it was corrected without us having to get back in line thankfully. (I would've just asked for a refund instead of waiting in the line again). I personally will not be going that late again if the line looks like it has more than one car in it. It took roughly 15-20 minutes per car.

Arrived in the drive thru around 11:40pm on a Sunday night. No one came to the speaker after sitting so I pulled around to the window. A lady finally came to the window saying they were closed. The sign in the window and online says they are open 24hrs. She said they close at 11pm. The hours should be updated to reflect the correct times because that’s false advertising.

Time management is trash,sat in line for 40 minutes and the line didn’t move,we all had to back out and leave,this is a normal thing for them as I came here before and had to wait for like 20 minutes in the line. They drive through time is slow

This is the slowest drive thru I ever been too. Extremely unacceptable, no matter what time it is. There is no reason to have to wait an hr and there’s only 5 cars in front of me.

I love love love this Jack-in-the-Box location. The customer service is always A1. Shout out to Diana!!! She is always so sweet & friendly when I come through the line. I don’t even live up the street from here anymore, but when I want Jack in the box, this is the only one I will go to. I also only eat breakfast from here, but my order is always cooked to perfection. Ultimately, I’m really big on good customer service and this location has never let me down. Thanks for all y'all do!
