I honestly wish I could give a good review, but my experience was ruined by bad service. The food came out quick, hot, and delicious. Well priced - 2 entrees totaled $30. However service lacked. We sat ourselves outside behind another group, and promptly served water from another server. Then we waited - for a while watching our server happily engage with the table in front of us and walk off to do nothing. She finally came, and said nothing but are we ready? No expression on her face, barely any eye contact. We felt singled out, because her interactions with other people were more friendly. We ended up not tipping. Which is something I really hate to do, because as a server myself, it is quite frustrating to be working hard and skipped out of a tip knowing you did everything possibly right. This is something we felt the need to do however, because the service was inexcusably bad and unfair. It wasn’t busy, and we were very kind and patient.

So I've been going to Jack Beagles for years now and recently (within the last yr) food, service and the bar tenders have hit an all time low!! The last two times we went with July 3rd 2025 being the absolute last we saw roaches crawling all over the cups and bar. We immediately canceled our food and alerted the staff of why. Again we tried to go and have a meeting and complete shock when the bar tender Tie with three teeth in his mouth accused us of leaving with a drink after we went outside to work and smoke. He did so by shouting at us upon entering the inside after smoking outside. He was rude, accusatory and down right disrespectful! As we were leaving roaches yet again but this time on the counter. I will NEVER go eat, drink or step foot in this place and I'd advise for your health and good service you not as well. I've called the board of health. Im truly a disheartened past patron.

While Jack Beagle’s may have its charm during business hours, the ongoing issue of excessively loud music late at night is impossible to ignore. The owners, managers, and closers routinely leave music blaring well past closing time — even when the streets are completely empty.
This is not only unnecessary but extremely inconsiderate to those of us who live nearby. Residents have a right to peace and quiet during the night, and it’s frustrating that this issue continues with no regard for the community. Music should not be playing outside of business hours — plain and simple.
I truly hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved soon. It’s disappointing when a local business forgets to respect its neighbors.

All that works they lie about you.Especially the long blonde hair bartender. They seem like they are a bunch of raciest people that works there. I don’t recommend this place at all . They let people come in with drugs such as cocaine.Not a good environment for kids.

They accepted me and my mastiff with open arms on the heated patio. If you like spice i highly recommend the Ruff wings with wicked sauce on the side. Super spicy and delicious! Great service as well and killer music.
