Today I just sat at a table on the front patio, in front of a window, across from the bar, of the W Morehead st. Location, for about a half an hour and received no service. I just got off of a 12 hour shift and it’s a nice day so I didn’t want to go inside. Because no one came for so long, I ended up ordering on DoorDash. NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY. They offer gluten free buns but no guarantee of cross contamination for severe allergies or in my case celiac disease. This weekend I went there to drink with friends and as I usually do I ordered safe food from Cabo next door, then went to join my friends on the patio at Beagles where we were all drinking. I would not go here. Management is rude and lacks basic customer service skills. They will not accommodate those with special dietary needs to the point of forbidding anyone who has those needs from bringing in outside food....which gives them zero ability to EAT. They top this off with nasty attitudes while they enforce their archaic rules. There are simply too many other options where simple, logical accomodations are made for special needs.
