My kids and I came into town to visit my brother for the holiday. We had our fair share of Thanksgiving food and wanted something different. Mari was so sweet and helpful. The food was seasoned to perfection and the Gooby snack was so refreshing. My lids actually ordered dinner to go. This is now our new favorite spot in Charlotte.

Service was fine. I ordered two spicy margaritas and a fried chicken sandwich with a side of coleslaw. By the time I got home and checked I noticed that it was a grilled sandwich. That was 30 minutes after I got it. Obviously I'm not driving 30 minutes back to get a new sandwich when I'm hungry now. I tried eating it and it was nasty, I only took two bites and I couldn't eat anymore of it. Super annoying, I don't think I'll get food here again. Complete waste of money.

Been coming here for 2 years. Female employee working at 3:30 on 9/24/25 sat with her friend at the bar 100% of the time I was there, minus when she had to get up to get my food. Didn’t ask if I needed another drink, offer anything with the food, or speak at all other than to her friend about their where they had been going out that week. It was bad enough that I called my friend to meet me at Pinky’s instead and left. Only gave 2 stars because the food is always good. I hope to come back when this person isn’t the one responsible for bartending/waiting tables. There was also someone who had ordered ahead by phone that waited for her to even acknowledge him to go check to see if his food was ready. My work group typically comes and tips 30%. Can’t remember the last time I left $2. Today was the day.
absolute horrible service. you literally have to go ask for it or else you won’t be helped. we sat outside for over 15 minutes, went in to order drinks & let them know we were here twice - the bartender remained on her phone, then got an attitude from the server when they finally came by. don’t worry, we left. unless paz is working, don’t expect good service!

JackBeagle’s Morehead nails the laid-back bar vibe with seriously good eats. Jack’s Tenders, fried pickles, and loaded waffle fries always hit—but the Blackberry Sting wings are my favorite. Worth the trip alone.
