3 different registers for each brand auntie Annie’s, Jamba Juice and Cinnabon. There is no system at all I wanted by the Jamba Juice for 5 minutes no one acknowledged me and I then had to as a customer waiting for her order which register she order her Jamba Juice from and she pointed to the auntie Annie’s register. I finally order and there’s no one in line and i wait nearly 15 minutes for my smoothie. Horrible service no sorry for the wait no acknowledgement at all.

I ordered dragon fruit bowl and the base was fermented, the girl who served me had long nails and she didn't use gloves, they didn't put all the ingredients in it. Very bad experience

Absolutely horrible service and when after 30 minutes I got my smoothie I was told they were out of the main ingredient I ordered. Instead of telling me and asking if I wanted something else, she just made it without the main ingredient. Unbelievable.

My smoothie was too thick to drink. The employees looked unprofessional with their pants sagging. The customer in front of me had to have her smoothie remade because the milk was spoiled. I was reluctant to purchase but decided to go ahead. Won’t visit this location again.
