I went here with a party of 5 and when I went to pay, all I was given was the gross total, not an itemized total, so I paid even though it seemed high, and I tipped 20% not because the service was good (it wasnt), but because I always do since I used to be a server. Then when the reciept prints, I see that the server already has applied an auto gratuity of 18%.
Never in my life have I heard of auto gratuity being applied to a party of 5 or less, and not telling me or giving me the opportunity to notice before paying felt intentionally deceptive.
Since my tip, was also tipping the tip that he tipped himself, that means I tipped 41.6% when I meant to tip 20%.

This is my second time having Jasmine Grill. I’m bummed by the price to food ratio. I ordered a shawarma plate and it was 30+ dollars. When I opened the box, I was very disappointed by the amount of food they included. No pita either.

We ordered super family mixed kabab (plater).
It come with rice.
We also ordered hummus and baba ganoush.
All kababs were good, appetizers were also good. Chicken kabab was better than other meats on the plater.
Menu mentioned that super family mixed kabab comes with 2 sides. Waitress mentioned rice is one of the side, which I don't agree because photo of the plater shows kabab was on bed of rice.
The waitress was nice but a young man (other waiter) was rude
We 6 people went to this restaurant on December 8, 2024.
Do try .

The owner/whoever the older gentleman is that works there did not give positive or welcoming energy at all. Was treated as if he didn’t even want me there at all. Gave my order and was literally ignored by him. Will go elsewhere where at least I’ll be treated with basic respect

I drove 38 minutes to come to eat here Place my order I wait for almost 20 minutes Thinking that I am going to dine in Even though my order was ready on the table they didn’t even tell me to come pick it up until the other worker realize that I am waiting for food and served me my food to go, and I came in to dine in other than that the chicken was amazing and the rice was cold I think they should Cheech their cashiers to ask dine in or dine out before taking money form anybody

Best Mediterranean in CLT! These guys know their stuff. Best grape leaves in town (with maybe the exception of the Greek festival), very tender leaves unlike other places. Also their Baba Ghanoush is off the chart!

I came in for a late lunch around 2:30pm and service was great! They took my order right away and the food was out in about 10 minutes.
I ordered the chicken kababs with baba ganoush and yellow rice. The chicken was tender, juicy, and had a great sear. The baba ganoush was served with some toasted pita.
The serving size is very generous! I can usually eat a lot, but still had some left on my plate after.

Food was amazing and the staff were nice. My table was well maintained the whole way through and kept clean. Fruit juices were made with fresh fruit and were incredibly refreshing. The beef and lamb shawarma plates were amazing and left us more than full enough. Both the portions and the flavors are worth it here.

The Food was authentic, Chicken Kebab was the best. Tried the Kanufa, wasn’t that good.

Well this place had some decent food. I had the beef and lamb wrap. Flavor was good but the meat was very tough. I was expecting for it to be tender. It came with a side of fries which were ok. The chicken shawarma plate was much better and the rice was good. This won't be a place I'd frequent often. The service wasn't the best as we would have to ask them to come over to fill our drinks and it wasn't busy. There were maybe 5 out of the 12-16 tables with ppl. It's an ok place to go to.

This place is not consistent. The girl at the cashier., always have nonchalant attitude with me. Fries were severely undercooked after asking to be extra crispy. Old falafel . It’s 1 pm and they was not busy . Tired of these businesses giving sub par service
