Great food actually. Its a shame for like one hour the empty plates were not replenished and I had to keep refusing the same plate. The place was not even at 5% capacity. Where are your plates!!!!

Remarkable taste, we ordered their family meal and one of their specialties, the Mansaf. Their authentic Turkish Coffee is also laudable. Overall we love the experience. Although we have a slight comment on their service but lack of organization can be corrected.

It is extremely bad, very slow, those who come here have no brains. They are not interested, it is a very bad business. We waited for 1 hour for food even though the inside was empty. It's also very expensive, it doesn't deserve this money.

Just received a super soggy beef&lamb shawarma WITH pickle and extremely salty lentil soup with no pita chips.
I asked for a wrap WITHOUT pickles and soup with pita chips.

DO NOT COME HERE!! When we walked in , it took them a while for us to even get seated even though the restaurant was empty. Once we finally got seated, it took them ages to even get our drinks or even acknowledge us. Once we got our food , the soup was cold,aswell as our entrees. The restaurant was also very dull with no cool atmosphere. I highly recommend not coming here.

I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience at this so-called Middle Eastern restaurant, I felt it was necessary to warn others.

First off, the food was ice cold when it arrived. I mean, if I wanted to eat something that had been sitting around for hours, I could’ve just cooked it at home. The lamb was tough, the hummus was bland, and the pita was stale. I don’t know if they were trying to go for some “authentic” cold food vibe, but they completely missed the mark.

As for the service, it was nonexistent. The waiter was too busy chatting with his friends to pay attention to us, and when we finally got his attention, he seemed annoyed. We had to wait forever just to get a water refill, and even longer for the check. It was honestly like we were bothering him.

Now, the cherry on top: the bill. They had the audacity to add an 80% tip! I have never seen anything like it in my life. When I asked about it, the manager just shrugged and said, “It’s automatic for groups.” Seriously? It’s a middle finger to customers, and I’m sure I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. Terrible food, terrible service, and an outrageous tip policy. Never again!

The people work there are rude. We were sitting for over 20 minutes and no one asked us if we are ready to order. I have been to the other locations and this one is the worst.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The kabobs were barely cooked, making them unsafe to eat and completely unappetizing. When I pointed this out to the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful, showing no concern for the issue. The service overall was slow and unfriendly, leaving a bad taste in more ways than one. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality dining experience.

This last time we went in, we were not checked on like when Zach was there. The guys were friendly when taking the order but not attentive. I had to get up and go find the guy to get the check and then pay.
From what I noticed this day, the Arabic speaking family that came in after us was being catered to. I'm unsure if they were family or friends of the guys working or maybe even respect due to the culture, I'm unsure. However, you could tell a difference with the service.
I really do appreciate the way Zach treats his customers though.
His customer service is superb.💚
