After getting great compliments about how good this food was, Friday (3/14/25), we made a quick stop there. I ordered (online) wings and Mac and cheese. To my surprise I received potato salad. The potatoes were raw AF, my wings were plain bc the sauce I preferred were out. I'd give the chicken 5/10. My wings are better than that. First and last time going there. Sorry, NOT sorry.

The food is ok to not worth the ridiculously long wait. Over an hour then they don’t even have main items on the menu. To top it off they are so use to people complaining it’s doesn’t even bother them. Very disappointing and dis functional. Makes it’s very hard to support your own people.
I waited over an hour for this fish plate only for the fish to be cold. The best thing about this encounter was the girl handing out the orders. Any other place would’ve been faster and cheaper than this. Smh.
EDIT: Collard greens and potato salad are both sweet??? I’m actually more upset now that this food isn’t even good! Not at all worth an hour wait! PACK IT UP!

I've been waiting a minute to try jasmine cuisine and I'm honestly highly disappointed. Me and my partner are currently sick due to the food. Shrimp was translucent, fish tasted like the fishiest fish I've ever had, beans were ice cold, the Mac and cheese looked sooo good but omg it was horrible. That $20 special sounded good but now we are paying the price. I don't mean to knock anyone's business but this is truly unacceptable and disappointing. Not worth the money or hype but the owner was really nice and helpful.

Went with my husband & needless to say we are very disappointed with how it taste, beautiful presentation but it definitely was not worth the 30 min drive & a waste of money. Mac & cheese was EXTREMELY salty & greasy, potato salad definitely store bought, yams tasted like orange juice was added, the fried shrimp was OVER cooked & too salty, his chicken wings were not what he expected, he also agreed the chicken & shrimp were cooked in the same grease bc the chicken had a shrimp taste to them (he doesn’t eat shrimp). Chicken tasted like she smoked an backwood while making it. All in all, we definitely see why the parking lot only had 2 cars in it when we pulled up. I hope they reach their targeted audience though.

The social media hype is just that..hype! Jasmine is a rude person & it is always something with her truck. Today it was a propane run. The Mac & cheese was horrible! She was out of yams & greens. The only thing edible was the chicken! For people to drive a distance to support (Winston Salem) & for the owner to be rude & nasty is terrible & why it’s hard to support BB! The only reason she is getting 2 stars is because the nice young man taking orders. This was my second time giving her a try & I won’t be back!

Food was not fresh and was barely hot. Mac and cheese wasn't as promoted from pictures. Barely had any cheese in it. Oreo cookie dessert was good.

Jasmine's Cuisine Soul Food Truck, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, serves up delicious soul food that will leave your taste buds craving more. I ordered the 10-piece wings with CC sauce and two pieces of fish, and I must say, the fish was outstanding—the best I've had in the city! The chicken was also great, but the fish truly stole the show.
The truck's location at 3900 Brookshire Blvd makes it easily accessible, and the friendly staff ensures a pleasant dining experience. If you're in the mood for some mouthwatering soul food, Jasmine's Cuisine Soul Food Truck should definitely be on your list. Don't hesitate to give it a try!
On a scale of 1 to 10, I highly recommend Jasmine's Cuisine Soul Food Truck—it's a solid 10 out of 10!

Don’t believe the hype! I went on a Saturday around 6pm and waited about 10 minutes before my order was taken. They had run out of more than half of the side items. The gentleman who took my order was polite, but when he asked for my phone number to call me when the order was ready, that call never came. The food truck wasn’t labeled and was parked in an abandoned Arby’s lot, surrounded by trash. I ordered the chicken wings and fish with mac and cheese and yams. Both the mac and cheese and yams were overly sweet and inedible, which explains why the portions were large. To top it off, my chicken was missing from my plate. My friend ordered the fish and wings with some kind of powder and drizzle (which I definitely wouldn’t recommend). It seemed like the food was rushed, the quality wasn’t great, and for the price, it’s definitely not worth it. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, and we won’t be returning.

First let me say there was a screw up with the ordering system. I was handed a buzzer for an order that did not exist so I waited over an hour for my food (my fault should have checked sooner) However , to still serve me the food that had been sitting there is unprofessional on your part. I should have been offered fresh food along with an apology perhaps. Definitely not worth $28 for 10 drumettes and 2 pieces of Whiting fish (no sides) The chicken was extremely dry and fried hard the fish was heavily breaded no seasoning or taste on either. I asked for their signature sauce on the side somehow that ended up all over the outside smashed containers the food was served in . I’ve had better chicken out the gas station on South Blvd.

Don't believe the hype. Customer service is trash. Food will probably be cold & lack seasoning. Stay away from the collards.
