I was promised a refund on 12/4 because three of my family members became violently ill in the Spartanburg location. My daughter began vomiting and defacting uncontrollably while at their restuarant. The manager Mr. Youngblood promised a refund but when we contact Donna Hildreth at the Jax LLC office she was rude, condescending and refused to help my Mom with the claim. This is the worst experience we have had and we will tell everyone about how we were lied to and how the company refused to return our money after making us sick. The was an abysmal experience and we have never had food poisoning at any of the other franchise locations throughout NC.

I worked at the one in Aiken. I loved working there in the bakery. I got hurt lifting the mixer and was told that it would be on record. Than again I got hurt, pulling a cart to the cooler. Again I was told that the incident report would be written up. Never happened and I couldn't go to the Dr. Because these incidents were not recorded I couldn't collect anything worth wild. Here again got a lawyer to help, no reports no accident. Now I'm homeless and my baby girl (my little Chihuahua died.) I just needed to vent because the loss is devastating. Thanks for listening.
