Great little spot was in town for work and ate lunch at the Buffalo Wild Wings high was next door and came out side and found this hidden gem wish they would expand nationally it's a way more convenient and more homemade style then cheese cake factory highly recommend

Big selection of deserts. Wife got the dark chocolate raspberry cheesecake. I got the banana pudding cheeses cake. Both were very good. Very rich but very good. Not like a New York style. Little lighter in texture. Tasted fresh & homemade. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful & answered all questions. Only issue is they are cashless & we won't be back because we prefer to pay in cash & tip in cash. That's only reason for the 4 star & not 5.

This was a yummy cheesecake that you could actually share with someone. I was addicted to them when they first opened. They also have cheesecake stuffed apples that I can't wait to try.

Very disappointing, don't waste your money :( After reading how many great reviews Jazzy's had, we were super excited to try it since I love cheesecake. It's a small shop and the cheesecakes in the display case looked promising. We order an Amaretto and a Pistachio cheesecake (4"). It was a bit pricey for the size that we got, but we were hopeful that it would be warranted due to the flavor. The first warning sign was the worker who sold us the cakes commented that she hadn't tried the pistachio cheesecake before. We were extremely disappointed when we received our cheesecakes that were brought up from a fridge in the back and when we actually ended up tasting them. Neither of our cheesecakes tasted like the flavors they were intended to be, the fillings seemed to be unflavored and we struggled to taste the difference between the two. The filling was very dense, not light and smooth like a cheesecake should be. There were a load of problems with the pistachio cheesecake we were sold. It had a cloudy sludge covering the bottom (see picture) and made us question if we should even try it still, but we did. The crust was chocolate/oreo, which is a weird flavor pairing for pistachio. There was a chunk of cream cheese in the filling, and the pistachios sprinkled on top of the cheesecake were also soft and squishy. It was clearly old and I don't know why they thought it was acceptable to sell that. The Amaretto cheesecake was okay, more freshly made than the pistachio one, but still left a lot to be desired. There was very little amaretto flavor and it was dense.I've had better frozen cheesecakes from the grocery store that were triple the size and the same price. We will not be back.

Stopped in and grabbed three types of cheesecakes, the original with whipped cream, the pecan pie cheesecake bar, and the turtle. I can say without a doubt we all loved all of them, we could not really identify any drawbacks as they were the perfect amount of sweet and filling for us.

If I could marry the banana pudding cheesecake, I would. The staff and environment is super friendly and down to Earth!

I had the Oreo jazzy cheesecake and let me tell you… THAT WAS SO FULLING. It took me 5 whole sittings and one whole day for me to finish that one slice and lemme tell you, it was worth it. I recommend getting this size for $11 than the one for $9 because you get more. The size for its price was 100% worth it

Went to Jazzy for the first time. Hailey took care of us. She was super polite and helpful. She took her time and help us pick out a cheesecake. We went with the Cherry! It was super tasty! We will definitely be back to visit!

Rude service. I was eating at the store, and changed my mind about the cheesecake cupcakes. Which in my opinion though we're too pricey. Never opened the box, like I mentioned was still at the store eating something else yet I was denied a refund. On the receipt (which the cashier DENIED to even look at and completely ignored) and said "once it's in your hands I can't do anything" the receipt reads "refunds are accepted BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE." Don't waste your time and. Money on rude customer service.

Service was cool. Cheesecake was good, more flavor would of made it great. Tried the chocolate chip cookie dough. Will be making another trip and trying a different flavor.

One of the best places to get cake, cookies, cheesecake and more! Everything is done with love and care. You can taste it in every bite! There's plenty of flavors to pick from and custom order anything you like! The four tier ultimate cheese cake slices are to die for! The strawberry craze will make you dance naked in the rain!

Had the opportunity to spot by this dessert shop after attending an event in the area. It has been on my list of places to try in Charlotte, so glad I was in the area to give it a try. There were multiple cheesecake, cake and press options to choose from. I was pretty sad the snickers and Girl Scout cookie cheesecake options were sold out. So I settled for the Oreo Blast Cheesecake option. The cheesecake was good. I just wish the actual cheesecake had Oreos in it as well. Just the bottom crust and topping had Oreos. Having Oreos in the cheesecake would set it apart and make it great! The ordering space got pretty tight as more and more started coming inside. You could tell it was a known spot for dessert. I went around 5/6pm on a Saturday. Even the parking lot was pretty full. They do have signs that say they are short on staff so be patient with them. It's worth the little wait that there was.

Top notch desserts! I got the caramel turtle cheesecake and two cake push pops - strawberry cheesecake & red velvet cheesecake. The kids loved the cake push pops and the cheesecake was delicious.
