Was craving icecream so I gave Jeni’s a try . It was so delicious and the waffle cone was fresh. Ms.Hermani ( hope I’m spelling her name right lol ) was a sweet heart , got me in and out . She was very welcoming. I will most def be back !
Perfect name for a perfect ice cream parlor!We tried to visit many times in the past but it seems like our timing was off or we were rushing to a show at DPAC or the Carolina theater. Now we make Jeni's part of our trip.On our first visit, we met Jeni and tried a number of items. The parlor is clean, the service warm and friendly, and samples are always an option!They offer dairy, vegan, and non-dairy items on the menu. There are regular flavors and special ones always available. They will help you choose flavors and let you know if they work together or not.It's not inexpensive but it's so very, very fresh! Cup, cone, or waffle cone - the choice is yours - one scoop or two (or more!)We love Jeni's!

The ice cream is great. But there’s men laying concrete faster than these guys are scooping out of a ice cream bucket. Seriously shouldn’t take this long to scoop ice cream out a bowl. If the employees were more interactive at the least then maybe it would have been somewhat reasonable.

Straight ?!! This is not just standard ice cream as well. It’s ice cream that has multiple textures and flavors incorporated into the ice cream. Absolutely incredible!!

I came across this place via Google search and we walked over To check it out. We were greeted with a line out the door. We made friendly with the patrons ahead of in the queue, they assured us it was worth the wait. So we waited. About half an hour had passed before we made it to the counter. Plenty of time to check out the menu and serving sizes. And boy were they right, it was an amazing ice cream! They have such a Devine combination of sugar-egg- milk and you can taste a bit of salt (my favorite ) Definitely try the brambleberry.
The place was empty yet we left after 10 minutes with no ice cream. They wouldn't even give us samples while we waited. One of the two employees decided to continue to make waffles and take a phone call rather than take our orders and then proceeded to ask us to step aside while we waited.

Employees were nice and the store was clean...But I really didn't enjoy their selection. Frankly, this seems like a place the Banker Bros and their trust fund girlfriends would love, but it wasn't for me.They only had weird off the wall flavors with confusing (trying to be trendy) names... and they don't have toppings. I can understand you didn't have my favorite flavor, but what kind of ice cream shop doesn't have toppings?I dont understand the hype, but again, the staff were very friendly, so nothing against them.

The ice cream was good. I love Jeni's franchise. But the girl who waited on me was a complete j*** here. I asked about a couple flavors and she kept saying they were only available in pints, so I asked her if she could just tell me the ones that they were out of or only had available in pints and she told me "if you look at the board it will say pints only..." so then I pointed out to her that it says scoops only, and then she said "well that's bc they were so busy they couldn't keep up changing it..." which is why I asked about them in the first place. The board not being updated is not a big deal but being talked to nastily bc the board doesn't reflect what's available in the freezer is silly. She continued to roll her eyes and just made the interaction nasty. Everyone has bad days, but she should work in the back of the house or something when she's having one
