The scoops are so small. I pasted four Harris Teeter stores to come get a waffle cone and two flavors. They were out of waffle cones and the scoop size was sad. I should have grabbed a pint for less money and gotten much more ice cream.

Paid a lot of money for the two smallest scoops of ice cream I could have gotten. Almost complained, but I figure I just won't go back. I'm not exaggerating, it was not but a Mellon ball size of two kinds and I ordered a 2 scoop thinking I would be tossing away some. One flavor had three bites from a plastic spoon and I was in shock. Wish I took a picture.
Their self made waffle cones are the best with their flavors of great tasting ice cream. Only downside is that this place is a little pricey. They have a few seats outside for customers but customers cant enter, it's a buy at the window type of place.

I love Jenis’s! They have a large selection of delicious flavors and options. The cones are fresh and smell delicious. It’s the perfect stop if you’re at or near the Park Road Shopping Center.In the summer it can be very busy (which is great and worth the line) and there isn’t a lot of seating but it’s ok given you usually eat ice cream quick, but just something to note.

This has beenour ice cream spot for the past 4 years.Located at the heart of Park Road Center, the line yousee when they open until they close shows how goodtheir ice cream is.We always get their Brambleberry and Salted Caramel.Today we got their seasonal Blackbox Chocolate whichhad notes of dark chocolate and creamy goodness. Wealso ordered the Rainbow which had great tart flavorsand tasted like SkittlesYou can't go wrong with any flavor at Jeni's. Each flavorhas its character and depth. The staff are always warm,friendly, and knowledgeable about their productsAlways clean and tidy. Not a lot of seats but we likesitting in our car in the parking lot.

This is an absolutely amazing place to have an ice cream date with your loved ones, family, friends and kids. The ambience is perfect and the ice cream is to die for. My absolute recommendation is the brown butter almond brittle. It’s incomparable to any other ice cream flavor you’ll ever taste. This is a must try ice cream and they have many more unique and delicious flavors on the menu. They have specials season wise so make sure to try them as well.

this was my first time actually seeing a Jeni’s scoop shop in the wild! I was so excited and had to try it. the young man working was attentive and efficient, and the little shop was adorable. they only have outside seating. I got the salty caramel and was pleasantly surprised that there was actually (sea?) salt inside instead of most salted caramel ice creams that don’t even have a salt flavor.Dietary restrictions: they offer some dairy free flavors!Parking: located literally in the middle of a parking lot at a strip mall. it’s a busy area but there was plenty of parking.

The ice cream is delicious. But why is the sample size almost the same as the scoop. $6.25 for two tiny scoops in a bowl when I can run to Harris teeter next door for a tub of ice cream for the same price for almost the same quality.

I didn't realize this location existed until we passed by after dinner and were pleasantly surprised. I have visited another location and the experience wasn't as good as this location. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They are very patient with each customer letting you taste the different flavors and not feeling rushed. That might be different when its summer and busier.The ice cream is good overall. The appeal is more of some of their unique flavors. I ordered a waffle cone (one of the best I've had) and the double dark chocolate. There were so many great options but for some reason I went with something not so unique. If was rich and creamy and well worth the trip.

I've been to a many ice cream places over the years I saw this place and gave it a chance and all I can say is WOW... the ice cream was absolutely delicious and the waffle cone was something to call you're mom and tell her about... definitely my new favorite place in Charlotte from here on out! try it out people!!!!
