This ice cream shop is great! My sister and I are regulars because the ice cream is consistently delicious. The manager deserves a special shout-out – she's incredibly helpful when it comes to navigating the flavor options, always patient and kind.

The only downside is that the popularity of this place can lead to lines, especially at peak times. Also, as someone with lactose intolerance, I find the dairy-free selection a bit limited. While the two existing...

Amazing flavors, staff is good, sometimes they rush our spoof fell down, the server saw but dnt offer tissue or another spoon or anything , some flavors are too sugary like yellow one bastani , need more real fruit, vegan, sugar free option

I love Jeni's ice cream and occasionally drive across the border to visit. The ice cream is always fantastic, but the service can be a bit of a miss at times. Sometimes they are very understaffed and have one person running the ice cream counter with people lined up out the door. They also don't do a great job of keeping the tables outside clean so we take the ice cream to the car most days.
