I love a good #7 the best!

Bad experience at this location. I ordered online, when I got to the store I kindly asked the employee if my order was ready. She said it was still being worked on which wasn’t a problem. I then sat down to wait for them to finish making my order.

After about 10 minutes I noticed they had helped multiple customers and still hadn’t let me know that my food was ready. When I went up to the counter to check on my order it was ready and no one has let me know…let completely forgot about me. I won’t return to this location.

Excellent sandwiches ...so far every sandwich I've tried has been great!

They close early before the published time on Google and will not let you in just because they are ready to go home early. Unprofessional and inconsistent with corporate standard.

Their chipotle mayo was more tasty than a few locations I’ve been to! Guy cutting the sandwiches and handling the casheir should probably change his gloves a bit more often. Other than that, great sandwich.

Tell the workers to stop coming to work high!!! I ordered a 2 and a 7. He didn't label any of them. When I requested him to write to order number on one of the sandwiches, it took him nearly 5mins to gather himself. All this while 2 guys in the back weren't even trying to help out, and a big girl was sitting in the back and quit her job. Someone needs to undercover boss them and get new management.

On my way home Wednesday evening about 545 6 o’clock on 13 November I decided to stop and get a sub from Jersey Mike’s mind. I had one the night before but the Jersey Mike’s in Concord it was so good. I thought I’d do it again. I got a giant one wheat original Italian. The bread was hard and I put Jersey Mike’s above Subway, but this Jersey Mike’s in this location off of Bennett Field was not like the Concords location. The cheese was sliced thinner than a sheet the wheat bread you could tap it in here the hardness and I’m disappointed to have to pay $20 for a sandwich and hard bread.

I’ve eaten at a lot of different Jersey Mike’s and this one is the slowest by FAR. I work close by and come here whenever I need my sandwich fix because it’s convenient, but I swear every time it’s extremely slow, even when there’s a team of four or five people, they all stand there like none of them know what they’re doing, and they all seem tired and miserable. Not a smile in the place. It’s been, I don’t know, 10 times that I’ve ordered from them in the last month … definitely a systemic problem, not just a bad day. They need to hire people who know what they’re doing.

We usually eat here a few times a month and choose this specific location because it’s always top notch, not today. My partner ordered extra meat didn’t get that. I ordered my sandwich with substitute white
American for provolone as I have for years didn’t get it no lettuce on my sandwich it was just nasty. Maybe it’s because it was because it’s Saturday not sure I’ll try again after a little break.

Got a 56 and it was at least 15 minutes before it was started on the grill. Aske lady and she was pushing me to say I just wanted a refund so she wouldn’t have to make it ?

I eat at Jersey Mike’s at least once every two weeks. It is my favorite sub of all I used to be a subway girl for years, but starting going to Jersey Mike’s and I love it. The meat is so fresh and they pile it on you get your money and everything is so fresh . My second favorite is Jimmy John’s if there was not a jersey Mike’s in my town which there’s not excuse me I have to go to Gastonia because Dallas is small and we only have a subway and we’re getting a Howdy. Pizza and Sub, but anyway if there was not a jersey Mike’s near me, I would definitely choose Jimmy John’s next. So keep up the good work jersey Mike’s cause I truly do enjoy coming there. The help is always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean as soon as a person gets up from the table. Someone promptly goes out and cleans the area they keep the tea area wipe down it’s never sticky with spills everywhere. I mean they really do a fantastic job with cleaning the dining area constantly and I love that. I most of the time dine in, but I have done Take out. But I prefer to Dine in . I guess since Covid hit us and we were all shut down for so long. I really love and enjoy being able to just go in and sit down somewhere and have my dinner instead of having to go through a drive-through and carry at home and it be cold.

On May 31st around noon, I went in to grab my mobile order and they were backed up with so many orders and customers coming in! But they were AMAZING!!! They put their heads down and hammered out subs like a well-oiled machine. Everybody had their own station and role and were super fast! I don’t think I’ve ever made a whole sandwich that fast in my life. 2 minutes go by and this one girl had full arms of like 15 subs to go in bags. Just wanted to shout out these awesome workers, cause they SO DESERVE IT!! Hope management sees this to let them know.

Dietary restrictions: Fantastic with gluten allergy. My boyfriend is celiac, and they do a great job. They switch gloves, double paper layer to avoid crumbs, new knife with green handle, gluten free bread. Never had an order where they mixed up bread.
