I ordered online at 6:45 and was told the order would be ready at 7:06. My bf got there at 7:10 to pick it up and they were just starting the order! He said they were not busy....it was 30 mins later by the time he walked out with the subs. What's the whole point of ordering ahead of time if they're not going to make it until you get there?? This is not the first time that I've had slow/ bad service here, but each time I wrote it off bc it's a newer store and figured they were still training and learning. I will not revisit this location... Concord mills and university aren't that much further to go for better service. I'm editing this review to add that my order was incorrect!!! This location SUCKS!

Just thought I'd give this location another try. Yep, it is still bad! I ordered extra meat and I don't know why because it came with the bare minimum!

On Monday, July 21, my wife came to this location and purchased several subs for my family. We were on our way to the airport to take our family vacation and wanted to go grab a bite to eat so that we didn’t have to pay the crazy prices that they charge within the airport. Accidentally the location put bacon on my turkey sandwich. I do not eat pork. My wire immediately called the location and informed them of the mishap. The person that answered the phone said there was absolutely no problem. That when we returned from our vacation to just come to the location and give our name and That, they would replace the sub. Today I return to the location to get the replacement sub. I gave them my wife’s name Mia The manager in charge told me that there was nothing that she can do for me, even though she said that her management was aware of the situation, but because I did not have the receipt that basically there was nothing she could do. The employee that my wife spoke to on the phone, never expressed to my wife that we had to bring the receipt with us to get our replacement. They simply said that all you had to do is come in explain what happened and give your name and it wouldn’t be a problem. I frequent this jersey Mike’s probably twice a week. Not only am I disappointed in the way that they handled this, but they have lost my business for good.

Lettuce completely brown, asked for new lettuce for my salad was ignored. I will not be going to this location again. Also asked for a drink for myself. I paid for never got a cup. Just disappointed overall in the service yesterday and the girl behind the counter.Needs to cut her fingernails, they're disgusting

First time going to Jersey Mike, food was good, service was excellent, but the 2 sandwiches (16 & 17) to go were both number 16. Wrong, fortunately no allergies.

Bad experience at this location. I ordered online, when I got to the store I kindly asked the employee if my order was ready. She said it was still being worked on which wasn’t a problem. I then sat down to wait for them to finish making my order.

After about 10 minutes I noticed they had helped multiple customers and still hadn’t let me know that my food was ready. When I went up to the counter to check on my order it was ready and no one has let me know…let completely forgot about me. I won’t return to this location.

They close early before the published time on Google and will not let you in just because they are ready to go home early. Unprofessional and inconsistent with corporate standard.

Their chipotle mayo was more tasty than a few locations I’ve been to! Guy cutting the sandwiches and handling the casheir should probably change his gloves a bit more often. Other than that, great sandwich.

Tell the workers to stop coming to work high!!! I ordered a 2 and a 7. He didn't label any of them. When I requested him to write to order number on one of the sandwiches, it took him nearly 5mins to gather himself. All this while 2 guys in the back weren't even trying to help out, and a big girl was sitting in the back and quit her job. Someone needs to undercover boss them and get new management.

On my way home Wednesday evening about 545 6 o’clock on 13 November I decided to stop and get a sub from Jersey Mike’s mind. I had one the night before but the Jersey Mike’s in Concord it was so good. I thought I’d do it again. I got a giant one wheat original Italian. The bread was hard and I put Jersey Mike’s above Subway, but this Jersey Mike’s in this location off of Bennett Field was not like the Concords location. The cheese was sliced thinner than a sheet the wheat bread you could tap it in here the hardness and I’m disappointed to have to pay $20 for a sandwich and hard bread.

I’ve eaten at a lot of different Jersey Mike’s and this one is the slowest by FAR. I work close by and come here whenever I need my sandwich fix because it’s convenient, but I swear every time it’s extremely slow, even when there’s a team of four or five people, they all stand there like none of them know what they’re doing, and they all seem tired and miserable. Not a smile in the place. It’s been, I don’t know, 10 times that I’ve ordered from them in the last month … definitely a systemic problem, not just a bad day. They need to hire people who know what they’re doing.
