This Jersey Mikes has gone downhill since the prior manager left a year or two ago. Today was my 3rd consecutive incorrect pickup order. The toppings were wrong on 3 sandwiches. One sandwich was made with 2 bottom pieces of bread. The staff looks like a bunch of people standing around confused about what’s going on. I’ve had enough driving back for remakes and will avoid this location.

Out of all of the Jersey Mike’s in the area, this is by far the best place to come. We just moved back into the area and the staff that are working there now are very friendly, professional and have made our subs correctly the first time! I was accidentally overcharged, and didn’t notice. One of the ladies on staff immediately noticed and came out to inform me and give me back the amount I was accidentally charged. By far the smoothest experience we have had at a local Jersey Mikes.

Check your sandwich before you leave. Got all the way home and had the wrong one. I emailed and called support and am waiting on them to fix this. Disappointed as I live too far to drive back and cannot eat the sandwich i received.

Such a bummer when you crave a JM sub alllll day and then you get a stale sub roll. It sure ruins the entire experience. We are faithful followers who frequent here quite a bit, and this is the second time at this location. For the cost, this shouldn’t be the case. Three strikes and then we’re done. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. As soon as I walked in, there was an unpleasant smell that made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The service was extremely slow—I had to wait far too long for my order, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. To make things worse, the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, acting as if they didn’t care about the customers at all. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant visit. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Worst and slowest service I've ever received...And still never got my order after waiting in store for 20 minutes, after placing an order 30 minutes prior...I got charged and robbed...Will be the last time I do business with Jersey Mike's, as this is the second time I've had this happen to me, same location...And I very rarely every have any complaints and if so, rarely voice them...Stay away from this location at least!

Visited tonight with my 2 young kiddos! Everyone working was so kind to them and I even though it was chaotic trying to order with 2 young children. They were very chatty and made my kids feel welcome! It’s very rare to find workers with the kindness of the ones who were working tonight! I wish I had gotten the names of the folks working the dinner shift on 10/16 as they were amazing!
