They don’t start pickup orders until you get there and then prioritize in person orders to a ridiculous degree. My order said it would be done 25 minutes ago and I got to the restaurant 20 minutes ago and I'm still waiting.

Just left this store 10 min ago picking up DoorDash.

The employee with the tan cap on got the order for me but instead of just setting it on the counter or handing it to me, he chose to toss it down towards my way. Should not be done and especially if you claim to have good customer service.

And… I suspect he did this because of some personal reason that has to do with me. Whatever it may be… here’s why. If you’re doing business at the workplace for a company and are to represent them accordingly , the goal is to operate with a goal of customer satisfaction. That’s why they hired you. Anything outside of that is personal and is not operating for customer satisfaction.

I do suspect he may have done it too because I initially told him who it was for. I had to clear my throat to say it again more clearly and I’m sure he probably took that wrong. Because it’s now a thing even that people do the “clearing the throat” noise or sniffing, just randomly, in particular situations. So he possibly thought that’s what I was doing - but I really did it to repeat it a second time more clearly.

Regardless the reason though, there is no excuse for tossing an order down on the counter and toward a customer for any reason. Let’s see if you do that to a woman, or even a Caucasian person or just another person in general. Probably not so I really don’t expect that again at all. And that’s how you instigate and try to start something. Should be acting adult like.

Expecting management to address this and deal with it accordingly

Lazy, I have to use my monthly Amex credits on grub hub or uber eats every time I order I over pay because the app food prices are over inflated but even though there making money they cancel my order every single time, lazy and unprofessional and it’s always when I near to pick up my order, did you think I would not post this on google are you guys really that dumb

I ordered online to pick up, or so I thought. I walked into the store and told the clerk my name. He didn’t see the order. I looked at my phone, I never hit placed order 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The clerk was very nice about it, and said to just order it now and he would start making it. I ordered and waited in my car (it was too cold in the shop, that’s the only reason I took a star off) The manager came and brought my order to my car when it was ready, and she didn’t have to do that nor did I ask. I thought taking that extra step was great customer service, even though I was the person who messed up in the first place.

I do regular takeout and DoorDash from Jersey Mike’s subs, and they are always timely and respectful.

I’ve never had an issue working with Jersey Mike’s subs with DoorDash .

Even when lines are long and they are busy, they are very fast to get your order done .

Check your order before you leave! Wrong bread, counted out the pickles like it was coming out their paycheck.

No need to place a mobile order. They'll complete a walk-in order before starting yours, so you''ll still have to wait, and they will still manage to get it wrong. Watch them make your food.
