I ordered online to pick up, or so I thought. I walked into the store and told the clerk my name. He didn’t see the order. I looked at my phone, I never hit placed order 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The clerk was very nice about it, and said to just order it now and he would start making it. I ordered and waited in my car (it was too cold in the shop, that’s the only reason I took a star off) The manager came and brought my order to my car when it was ready, and she didn’t have to do that nor did I ask. I thought taking that extra step was great customer service, even though I was the person who messed up in the first place.

I do regular takeout and DoorDash from Jersey Mike’s subs, and they are always timely and respectful.
I’ve never had an issue working with Jersey Mike’s subs with DoorDash .
Even when lines are long and they are busy, they are very fast to get your order done .

No need to place a mobile order. They'll complete a walk-in order before starting yours, so you''ll still have to wait, and they will still manage to get it wrong. Watch them make your food.

Just a personal review I literally eat at this restaurant Jersey Mikes on South Tryon st probably 2 to 3 times per week. Employees are great. The food is delicious and the customer service is definitely phenomenal. It’s not often I have a problem in fact it’s very very seldom , but when you do they take care of it immediately, unlike other businesses . Actually one time I had a small problem nothing serious just to do with an Error with points , and the owner actually reached out to me. Do you wanna talk Customer service they get big A plus rating. 5 ⭐️ all the way
Parking: Parking never used to be a problem at this Jersey Mikes along with other neighboring businesses, but since crunch gym opened up in the same plaza during peak times of the gym, makes it quite difficult to get a parking even to run in and get a sub sandwich. Here’s a tip, if it’s ever too crowded, you can’t find a parking just parked behind the building and walk around a couple stores
Another great lunch at this location. Fast and friendly service, and the store was super clean too. Ashley, Rebecca, and their team do a great job of making everyone feel welcome when they come in, they never get bogged down (no matter how many tickets/orders are in front of them), and always seem genuine in asking every guest how their day is. Always like stopping in for lunch, when work brings me this way.

No reason, I should have to stand there as a pick up waiting for so long instead of just asking the people that standing there their names so you can give out the order you’re going to call random names and and then move onto somebody that’s in front of you.. why. This was supposed to be a quick way for me to get back to work. I’m 6 months pregnant and stand there for no reason at all. I can see my damn order!
