Food is always good and service is usually great with the ladies during the day. Unfortunately the tall guy working the front tonight 2-6-24 was absolutely miserable and didn’t mind showing it. No greeting so I greeted him and he just stood there looking at me. So I order, he cuts the meats, slides it over and just stands there looking at me without saying anything. When he rings me up he doesn’t say anything and as I’m putting number in for shore points he just rings me up so I don’t get to finish entering number. So I say “Okay I guess I won’t worry about the shore points”. The only thing he said to me the whole time was my total. First time I never left a tip there and actually walked out without getting my drink he had me so in awe of his attitude. If you have cameras there I suggest review them and show this guy the door. I normally go there 2x-4x a week but if I see him behind the counter I definitely won’t want to bother him by actually going to get a sub!

We got the Philly cheesesteak and it was AMAZING! I've always loved this place, and to get my boyfriend to try it and enjoy it was perfect, because he KNOWS food, and is super critical of what he eats and orders. This turned out to be great for a quick bite!

Been going to Jersey’s Mikes my whole life and this is the first location that didn’t have any ketchup for hot subs. If you make CHEESESTEAKS how do you not offer ketchup??? Was told by the employees Jersey Mikes never has ketchup in house….smh. Then cleaned it up and said not all stores have it.

I order the #64 Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss - Regular Hot Sandwhich and Jersey Mikes accommodated my special requests to use the regular cheesesteak peppers and no onions and add Honey Mustard and lite oil/vin. Thank you very much! Not many places let you customize but they always do! It was absolutely delicious! The delivery was also very fast and my Sandwhich was still nice and hot when I got it.
On tuesday nov, 7th one of your employees on schedule that day messed up my order TWICE. I went and ordered 2 chipotle steak with bacon subs. I get back home with the food and come to see that he made them out of chicken. I HAD TO DRIVE BACK IN THE TRAFFIC,I hadn’t eaten all day and was looking so foward for this sandwich. Once i told the man what he did wrong he went back to make it AND FORGOT TO ADD THE BACON TO THE REMAKE SUB. I was so hungry I left FURIOUS. make sure there aren’t two regular suze caucasian males making your sandwich because their pace was slow and dragging.Never again I wish I asked for my money back because I WAS CHARGED FOR BACON I DIDNT EVEN GET!

Young people should not be working if they do not know how to be professional! Just walked out 9.24.23@2:38pm...staff very unprofessional! Someone about to click in was getting sandwich made and young lady making sandwich were conversing and very unprofessional. Young person with regular clothes and basketball walked behind counter in kitchen. Not professional at all.I was just at this location last Thursday and service was excellent. Today was not. Young girl behind counter didn't greet me and acted like she was at home hanging with friends.Very disappointed ?
