The worst Jersey Mikes ever!
The lady was very nice but if you have a flight to catch DO NOT come here. If you have 30 mins to wait then of course but it's hardly even busy to have to wait this long
If I could give 0 stars , I would. Both the food and the service terrible. Overpriced. Don’t have lots of options you would find at the regular Jersey Mikes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Advertise the Udi's gluten free bread, but when asked the girl behind the counter tells my teenage (celiac) daughter she should just eat the white bread and says they don't feel like doing gluten-free bread today, with a huge grin on her face. Not sure what the girl's problem is, but obviously customer service and understanding others' medical needs is greatly lacking. Maybe Jersey Mike's needs to close this location until they can hire employees who understand they get paid for their customer service. This was all after a 20 min wait sit to be laughed at by some smug girl who doesn't understand why she got out of bed this morning.
Unfortunately, Jersey Mike's will probably lose my 17-year-old, who eats in at least one location weekly, as well as the rest of the family for life.

If you're looking for the worst Jersey Mike's experience, coupled with exorbitant prices, this location is for you. The line to order is over 15 minutes. They charge $9.99 for a 6 inch sandwich. That's the only size available. The ice in the soda fountain did not work. Diet Coke in the soda fountain came out clear. Slow service + insulting prices = awful. Stay away at all costs. The finance bros are taking advantage of customers at this location.

If you spend 60 dollars for five 6inch subs, the least you could do is get the sandwiches right. All 5 were wrong, and poorly made. Slapped together and it wasn't even that quick. Also since your menu is limited how about you put a menu online for your location. Also not sure why a sandwich shop can't put mustard on the sub, but can give you mustard packets. Get something else. I think a grab and go sandwich would be better quality and value.

LONGEST wait ever.
It feels like yall train the airport workers to work slower than the other shops. I've had several sandwiches with yall over the years. This place is by far the slowest

I took the veggie sub, it was decent but they took so long to prepare it

I never really considered that Jersey Mike's was more than the sum of its parts but this place is a perfect example of having all the ingredients with none of the flavor. Not sure how it's possible but everything tastes just wrong. Nothing has the normal freshness. These subs would feel more in place from a gas station grab n go.
