The team at this location (Albemarle Rd, Charlotte NC) Jersey Mike's is excellent, always working together efficiently and with a great attitude. The manager (Logan) is kind, attentive, and excellent role model. She is a fantastic leader who is very hands-on, making sure the store runs smoothly even during the busiest rushes. Everything is so fresh! The meat is sliced thin right in front of you, the bread is fantastic and tastes fresh, and the vegetables are crisp and tender. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a really positive atmosphere. The staff members are fast and knowledgeable, especially when handling every customer during busy periods.I love how management and the entire staff always seems to have fun while they work, and it shows in the quality of the service and the atmosphere. They are all so energetic and helpful. I visit this Jersey Mike's 2 to 3 times a week. I love every employee at this location. 💙🩵💙 I would recommend anyone to visit. I can't wait until my next visit.

Ordered food from this location and was met with an attitude after they messed up the order filed a complaint nothing was ever done about it...So no. I do not recommend this location and also they have sanitary issues handling money with gloves then fix food with the same

I went in today, looking to buy a cheesesteak when I got in I saw multiple people in line and was concerned that my wait might be too long, but I was pleasantly surprised to see three young ladies working very very effectively together and they were doing all of this with a smile and being pleasant to every customer that came in their doors ….Liz, Amara and Alaina we’re phenomenal. They were poised, calm and pleasant. In my opinion they exemplified what customer service is all about. I’ve been in retail for over 20 years and in this day and age it is hard to find good associates. These young ladies were phenomenal and were great representatives for your company

i want to give a huge shoutout to the women working here (july 1st, around 7pm). for some reason, every customer in this store was rude as hell. everyone had a problem with the service, and i have no idea why. they were friendly, doing their job (fast and correctly i should add) and everything was fine. one customer was being extremely demanding, threatening to call corporate, making the employees visibly upset. there was no reason for it. i just wanted to leave a little thank you note, hopefully one of the employees will see this and know that they are in fact doing a good job.
