My husband and I came in for our first time just for something quick to eat. The staffs were all so welcoming and treated us with so much respect. We wish all of the restaurants on albemarle road were more like this. We would def come back just because of the great custom service here.

Very nice experience. The atmosphere was very good, the restaurant very clean, the service outstanding. The young lady who prepared my sandwich was kind, respectful, very careful about food preparation rules, excellent (she is on the photo). One more thing, my tuna sandwich was delicious. I will try other subs soon.

What a nice experience I had in Jersey Mike's Subs located in Albermarle Rd. Place was so clean. Service outstanding, the young lady who prepare my order was kind, respectful, prepare the sandwich with care, and kept sanitizing rules under control, and food was very good too. I will make this place my favorite for Subs.

Unfortunately, this jersey mikes can use some training… or have a warning label about how they cheat customers out of their money. Came in and ordered a giant 43, provolone instead of American, DOUBLE CHEESE. I got 6 slices of provolone. And this is where the problem is. There 0 consistency with this place. I’ve gone and got giant subs with 6 slices automatically on there without asking for anything extra. I’ve gone and received 4 slices and haven’t asked for any extra/double cheese. So what is the standard here? I’m paying extra for being cheated out of my money? The food is still good, but goodness can some please train the staff to know how to make the subs properly and the portions? If 6 slices is DOUBLE. So 3 is what comes on a Giant? Really? I even confirmed with the person twice, “can I double” “yes I already did it”, “that’s double on a giant” “yes it is.” Which is hilarious, because I see you slice the cheese and count. I don’t know if working the machine is too much work for the staff and they get lazy/tired half way and decide to call it, or if it’s something else, such as failure to train, but definitely not ordering anything extra here because you get cheated out of your money. I would love to know how many slices go on a giant sub… or is the number “whatever the staff feels like it being?” Hard to be a sub above when you cheat your customers, have incompetent staff, and/or fail to train your staff properly.

Well today your employees forgot how to read , my wife said no lettuce or tomatoes and she ended up with lettuce mixed in to her bacon ranch chicken, and no way to pick it out without losing most of it, your may have lost a customer due to this ,

I had the worst experience today that I’ve ever had at a Jersey mikes. We go once or twice a week and there are always friendly faces that know me and what I order. Today I was at this particular location, and had accidentally left my wallet at home so I tried to use Apple Pay. I’ve used Apple Pay at other Jersey mikes locations with the same card on the newer checkout machines and it has worked fine. I even used it at a Starbucks today - so it’s not my card that’s the issue. When we had tried it 5 times with different staff members trying to figure out what was going wrong the manager on duty was very rude to me and said that I would need to come back with some other form of payment to get the subs (which were already made at this point). I can see if I wasn’t a regular with an active shore points account and hadn’t offered to come back tomorrow and pay for them how that would be ok to do, but to be rude about it and to let the subs go to waste is absolutely ridiculous. Clearly my business here is not appreciated, so I guess I won’t be returning unless this is somehow made right.
