I write this review with the upmost gratitude for the kindness and service delivered by D and Taylor last night. My family of four came in before closing and we were still greeted with warm hellos and energy. D was patient and lighthearted as he worked with my mom and dad, who were first-timers and inquisitive. They had several questions about the menu and multiple last minutes additions. Every question was met with grace and a smile. He even talked me into trying the Italian for the first time. An amazing choice that I will definitely be getting again.
The food was AMAZING ! On the way home, my dad even said that was the best Philly Cheesesteak he has ever had. D and Taylor gave us the impression that they truly wanted us to have a great experience and we did ! My family thanks you both for showing that Jersey Mike’s is truly #ASubAbove

D and Darryl really are the type of employees needed at this location. They have great attitudes and they made my visit the best ever!! My sandwiches were made to perfection. We discussed how to keep my son from eating my sandwiches while they were in the refrigerator. The tuna on gluten free bread idea worked like a charm. He didn't even think to touch them. I will definitely be back.

I work at Bakersfield across the street & occasionally we need something besides tacos. We do love going to Jersey Mikes in Dilworth, we always receive great service and our food is always fresh. However, today we were shocked that service could be even better. There was one gentleman who was at the front of the line, he took our entire order and made the experience 10x better. As service industry workers we watched him take everyone’s order, greet every guest, help out with assemble, assist with togos, and tell everyone to have a great day. We haven’t seen this guy before but based on today, this man should be given every shoutout. Our only regret was not getting his name.
