When a family member forgot to order a gluten free bun, the wonderful team fixed it with no hassle and on the house! And the food was delicious! Would definitely recommend and come back!

I love Jersey Mike's and appreciate their military discount. Unfortunately, this store sliced their meat so thin, you could see through it and that meant less filling so less taste. $35 bucks for 2 subs with little taste. When I'm back in the area, I'll avoid this one.

Tried ordering 2 simple subs online. Got there at the scheduled time and they had not even started. The place was a complete cluster with the staff having no idea what was going on. Twenty minutes later still no subs. This location is a complete disaster.

I ordered online Jersey Mikes at 8837 Albmarle Rd Charlotte Nc and ordered two subs. They were completely wrong!!! This was the second time!!! I tried to contact the company and they acknowledged my complaint. must be they are used to that!!! Never going back there!!! The Jersey Mikes in Mint Hill is Fabulous!!!

My first time trying Jersey Mike’s was great because it was delivered. The second time was good because there was no line and received excellent service. This third and final time was uncomfortable because the person ahead of me ordered ham and I don’t eat pork. I asked if they intended to slice my turkey on the same machine and was told, “Yes, there is only one slicer for everything” I said no thank you a started to walk out but another gentleman offered to use a different machine. However, he used the same ham gloves ?. Not wanting to make a scene when he was attempting to be kind I let him prepare my order. He was much nicer than the rest of the staff, very accommodating, and kinda cute.Still, not cool to have pork associated with my food.I’m never eating at Mike’s again.Dietary restrictions: Not eating pork is a serious issue but not to people who do eat it. They just don’t get it, I’ll be sick for days.

We ordered through Uber eats and when we got our food it was soggy and cold and they forgot our chips. We called and called and no one answered. So I had to bring my order back to be made correctly. I wasn’t rude or anything, but the staff was rude and lacked professionalism. When I was trying to tell the black girl with red hair, how we wanted it made, because we weren’t able to do so through the Uber eats app, she kept cutting me off saying I know, then finally got mad and stormed off and told someone else to do it. When I was leaving the staff told everyone else to have a great day and said nothing to me. Every Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to, was friendly and kind. This staff is rude and emotionless. I will not be returning to this location.
