I come to this location almost weekly and have only had 1 issue: they accidentally gave me someone's cheesesteak. I came back for my correct order but now I'm a cheesesteak guy!

The food was good the young man and young lady working at that time when I purchased my sandwich we're very busy I think they need more help there especially at peak time overall great service just not enough parking spaces and the one thing I really didn't like is thateverything you purchased has to be done with a credit card they do not accept cash

I placed a to-go order at 5:11pm. It was supposed to be ready at 5:26. I didn't receive it until 5:44. When I got there I waited over 20 minutes while between 5-10 walk-ins all got their orders and left before mine was even started. At one point they were calling out to-go orders but stopped doing that and a guy waiting next to me waited for ten minutes when his order was ready the whole time. Once the place cleared out they asked my name and told them. The guy said he was about to make it. This was after 5:40. He finally hands me the sub and says they didnt have the parmesan bread and he put it on white. Is that ok. Am I supposed to say no? The sub was already wrapped up. He knew I was there and didnt ask what other bread I wanted? When you noticed youre getting low on a type of bread you dont make more? I couldn't believe this whole scenario took place. Just moved to charlotte and it's unbelievable how poorly the businesses down here are ran. In less than 3 weeks I already found 5 places I wont go back to

I hardly leave a review for chains. When I picked up my famous Philly from this location and took my first bite. I was blown away by how delicious tasting it was. It was so good I had to call the store and speak with the associate who made it. The presentation, the flavor, and the fresh ingredients were outstanding.Great job, young man.

Stopped in for a quick bite during a layover. I was looking forward on ordering a hot sub but this location was not serving hot subs for some reason. Did not take cash, only credit.I did notice the attendant in the veggie zone, was wiping the serving board with a dirty rag between subs. (Full of mikes juices,mayo, etc..). I thought that was disgusting and unsanitary. I advised him to just place my mini sub directly in its wrapper, which he did instead of the serving board.1st time I encounter a jersey mikes eatery does this with the rags. Not cool.

Extremely disappointed. Do you NOT read instructions or just make whatever you feel like it?! Food is too expensive and so are hospital visits! I specifically asked for certain items to be removed due to allergens, here I am with no food because you’ve failed to R E A D.

Came in after our flight to grab a quick bite to eat. Both guys were extremely welcoming and friendly. They noticed my son had not ordered anything and they asked if he wanted anything. We told them he was allergic to dairy and couldn’t eat in the restaurant. They offered to clean the machine and make him something, we still declined due to our caution, but we were impressed and grateful for the kindness shown toward my son. Great experience and we certainly appreciated the treatment. Food was great too!

Food is good. But have been here twice to pick up an online order and my sandwich had not yet been started. Both times I arrived 15 minutes after the given pickup time.

This is the first time I have purchased a bad sub. I ordered on-line the #31. The young man that was making it for me needs a hair-net, his dreads were hanging all over the front of his eyes. The chicken was dry, the sandwich was not cut in half as usual and if he had, he would have seen the bread split so all the food inside the bread was now on my plate back at my office.

Very good subs and service at most locations. This location in Charlotte was staffed with an excess of staff. Two of whom continued to stop and slow down production while talking with each other. The girl assembling subs and order taker had no communication due to her conversations with other employees. She was slow and not very good at assembling. The bread was actually a bit old as well.
