Always love Jersey Mike's. Am worried that the amount of toppings is getting reduced. A sandwich 2 years ago had way more of the toppings in Mike's way. Tired of shrinkflation.

I’m sorry but the young black girl making the food caught a major attitude with me because she made my food wrong????? After I specifically asked to have them bring the hot sandwich over because I like a lot of toppings… and when I opened it, she probably thought I would just leave with it. It was missing at least two more toppings, looked like she punched it and when I said thank you and didn’t ask for a remake because I understand service jobs… she ignored me. Yikes!!! I can live without the sandwich. I will not be returning!!!!

As a vegetarian, I love the number 14 Veggie Sub. However, some of the staff At Jersey Mike's are insensiative, make cracks about my vegetarianism, and won't wipe off the slicing wheel of meat scraps before they slice the vegetables for my sub. I have also had it happen that the bread was stale. Furthermore, the corporate office has had nothing to say when I have registered complaints with them, something which I found very telling. All that said, when conditions are right, you can't beat a veggie sub at my Jersey Mike's!

This location is by far the rudest I’ve ever encountered. I will continue to go to Jimmy John’s right down the street from this Jersey Mike’s. They are much nicer, & treat everyone that comes in the store with politeness.

Friendly, fast, yummy. Not sure what’s with the negative reviews. Only complaint is the price, but a purchase is a free choice.

Worst experience at a jersey mikes ever. I walk in while they were doing an online order ask me what I want and don’t say another word. They made my sub without asking me what I wanted. Just assumed I wanted it mikes way and when I told them I didn’t. They got annoyed. Were very passive aggressive

After craving a JM sub for some time..I finally stopped at this location while dashing. Worst mistake EVERRRR!! I AGREE 100,000,000,000% with Mary. I ordered Mike's way and have no clue of who's way I had. I has zero mayonnaise, or mustard (cuz sandwich was prepared when I stepped around the side to make my drink. The tomatoes were thin as someone else mentioned and while I did see the onions being put on the sandwich I did not smell them or taste them at alllll! The MEAT was almost non existent (almost thought I had an old Subway sub)!! Guess I will just continue purchasing from 7th Street as the only issue I've ever had there was the wait and wellll it's always been worth it!I'm hoping to be able to add the pic (the option available right here/now)..but I wish I'd checked the reviews first cuz I could've saved $32 ?

$12.81 for half a sub is a flagrant ripoff. Never again. Thought I was getting a whole sub.
