Jersey Mike's Subs

Went in for a late lunch today, 3ish and got the #17 Philly. Grill guy nailed it. Go Birds!

This location is one of my favorite jersey Mike locations. Customer service has always been great.

I was having the worst day imaginable and stopped for lunch. I think the guys working could tell I had a rough day and were so kind to me I couldn’t hold back my tears. Thank you so much.

I understand it was the lunch rush, but it had been 20 minutes since I placed my online order, and I still hadn’t received it. I could see my order sitting there, but I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. No eye contact, no acknowledgment. I ended up waiting in the same line as walk-in customers just to talk to someone.

When I finally got to the counter and mentioned that I had placed my order 20 minutes earlier, just in case it had been missed, the employee I spoke with was unnecessarily rude. I wasn’t being confrontational. I simply wanted to check on my order. Instead of being helpful, I was met with a dismissive attitude and informed “well we’re busy.”

I was already having a tough day and had hoped this would be a quick, easy pickup. Instead, I felt unwelcome. The food was fine, and the place looked clean, but if you’re looking for a friendly, efficient lunch spot in the South Park area, this may not be it.

Just sharing my experience in case others are considering ordering online here. It didn’t save me any time, and the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Butt sandwich

showed up at 8:30… 30min before they closed and tried to order and they said they shut off all the stoves. wasted my time coming here to get food. apparently they close 30min before advertising.

I order a mini sub, small drink and sun chip and it was $17 I said something to the cashier and she said thats just the price for it. I would hate to see what a large would cost. You can get much before subs from grocery store like Harris Teeter and Publics. 10 times the size for half the price. Its just like Jersey Mike’s and other companies taking advantage of the inflation. No mini sub should cost $20 its insane. I wont be going back ever. Everyone go to a grocery store for your hand made sub’s.

This is my 3rd time eating at Jersey Mike’s and the subs are amazing!!!! They do a great job and have amazing customer service !!!!

I’ve been to this location several times. Each time I’ve been there the same young Man making the sandwiches welcomes me in the door like I’m walking into his kitchen. His customer service skills are superb and he makes a mean sandwich. This young Man is awesome, his customer service skills are awesome and his sandwich making skills are top tier! Great experience.

Walked into this store, no greet, nobody at the counter as I watched them all in the kitchen conversating. I eventually spoke up and the staff was very rude like I bothered them for being there, the quality of food(bread extremely rough) and overall service was disappointing. I will not be returning to this location for multiple reasons.

Aloof staff and it was freezing in there. The thermostat said 64 degrees. In January!
