Jersey Mike's Subs

I have attended this Jersey Mike’s location for over 3 years now and I feel like Leah the manager has been excellent. When placing orders, Leah is always thorough with making sure your order is correct. Not only is Leah great with customer service, but she is also personable. Leah reminds me of the old school restaurants when you enter the store the managers/owners speak to you in a welcoming tone, and know your name. There were several times when I entered the store over the last couple years and Leah could sense my dismay and would come from behind the counter and hug me as if she knew me for years. I appreciate Leah when I visit this Jersey Mikes, as she exemplifies excellent customer service and the food is always fresh.

WOW! I had the most amazing Jersey Mikes Experience… I will drive back down here just for the customer experience. The gentleman at the counter on this Sunday, 11.24 afternoon were BEYOND friendly, personable and just welcoming. I am so thankful I decided to stop by here on my drive back into uptown charlotte. My mom and I just got a turkey sub and a tuna sub, the gentlemen asked us about our Thanksgiving plans and make sure they asked us about our order to ensure they got it right as we speak. The location was very clean, beautiful decorated and just cozy in general. I will definitely come back and enjoy the time again. Both gentleman were always hard at work and deserve a wonderful bonus. Employees come and go, but hard work isn’t replaceable.

The best Jersey Mikes location I’ve been to by far! Every time I stop in, everyone greets you as soon as you walk through the door and is friendly through checkout. Oh, employees that works there seems to work well as a team to get you in and out fast. I always leave in a better mood than I came in with and the food is always on point. All Jersey Mike’s employees should be required to visit this location as a customer as part of their training. I will definitely be going out of my way to visit this location in the future!

I will be posting on tictoc and my other platforms as well!!!! My daughter went in for an interview. Was told to come back day after. Her 15th bday which was a few days later. Me daughter returned all excited and was told the day was not a good day. The manager short European lady told her this and said she would contact her. It’s been two months!!! I am going to stand outside on independence with a large sign as enough is enough of mistreating our youth! I’ve purchased many subs from this location and they will never get another dime from me!!! Ordered online - Ham and swiss on a wrap with mayo and spicy mustard; lettuce and pickles... There was no mayo and the mustard was on the pickles!!!! Last time I checked the condiments go on FIRST!!!!! on the bread or wrap not on the toppings. Had to scrap the toppings off then use the meat and cheese to make another sandwich at home correctly. Not sure why I paid $10 for a sandwich I had to make myself. I think I will pass the next time my husband wants to order from here

Y’all are actually stupid how the F do you mess up an order two times for 3 big kahunas. Incompetent or out of spite? Bet you won’t see this as a “recent” review. They didn’t even give a receipt, but they always do and this is the time they messed up.. After they were told, they messed up and continue to just mess up because they’re just stupid.

The first time I came to this location I was stiffed on my extra meat and cheese… I asked about it and Mustache stuck to his guns. The next time which was today the bread is old and tough. I come to Jersey Mikes for the fresh tender bread. This is not the way. The bread should be as tender as the meats and cheese. Every bite ripped my sandwich apart. Trashed it. That’s the last time that I cheat on Albemarle Road location. Please stop calling me “Bro”. I am a “Sir” like you call your white guest. ????????
