This is my first time being at this Jersey Mike’s and I am impressed by the workload that they have in front of them and still giving great customer service. You’re doing a hell of a job!!!! Thank you. 🙏

Friendly staff and delicious food

There is this one manager there I always don’t remember her name, but she is the sweetest ever. Always makes me feel welcome no matter what time I get off work and come in here. This is probably one of the nicest jersey Mike’s. I’ve been to in Charlotte🫶🏽

Recommended dishes: GF Snickerdoodle

No point in ordering ahead/online as it seems they just ignore them. Waited 40 mins after expected completion time. Take business to another place, unless you want your time wasted.

I sometimes go there on Sundays after church and there are always two guys that work there that always make eating there that much better. Normally at fast sandwich shops it’s really just a grab and go or you just eat there pretty quickly so you don’t really expect much. But Jersey mikes normally does a good job with customer service and I really enjoy the energy and kindness of those workers which is the only reason why I’m making this review.

i 🩷 this place. Amazing sandwiches. I got the club supreme! The employees were incredible and so kind.

They played around throwing items at one another. The atmosphere gave racist or homophobic. Maybe both. They look at you weird. Make you feel odd. It’s not the best for us to go there and enjoy without feeling judged. The manager is rude. She will have you waiting for over 20 minutes after your scheduled interview. It’s so rude to toss an application and pen at someone.
