There is this one manager there I always don’t remember her name, but she is the sweetest ever. Always makes me feel welcome no matter what time I get off work and come in here. This is probably one of the nicest jersey Mike’s. I’ve been to in Charlotte🫶🏽

I sometimes go there on Sundays after church and there are always two guys that work there that always make eating there that much better. Normally at fast sandwich shops it’s really just a grab and go or you just eat there pretty quickly so you don’t really expect much. But Jersey mikes normally does a good job with customer service and I really enjoy the energy and kindness of those workers which is the only reason why I’m making this review.
