Jersey Mike's Subs

Came to this Jersey Mike’s, and it was a horrible experience. The bread was super old. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich because it was breaking apart in my hands. If I hadn’t got all the way to the other sid of town, I would’ve brought the food back and got my money back unacceptable just threw away $17

this was by far a great customer service that I’ve experienced! I had a problem with my food, missing some items and the manager handled it so well, Great location!

I saw online that Jersey Mike’s has gluten free bread, so I had to try it. Extra special THANK YOU to Kevin who, not only asked if I’m gluten free for preference or allergic because he would’ve wiped everything down and got a new knife if I needed. He also went so far as to make me a custom sandwich *I’m gatekeeping the sandwich 😁* I really appreciate the, above and beyond service! ❤️I also love the gluten free snickerdoodle cookie!

Best Jersey Mike's experience ever. Had a huge box lunch order but I made the mistake of picking the wrong location for pickup. Manager offered to meet me halfway to help out. Kevin is awesome! Food and service was perfect. Highly recommend this location!

Asked for rosmary parm bread on both sandwiches…. didnt get rosmary parm. Asked for no bacon on the chicken bacon ranch and they still put on the bacon. asked the honey hot sauce on the sandwich and didnt receive any even though i paid extra for it. Also spent 30min waiting for the two sandwiches just for it to be all messed up. i would recommend going to another location. also seeing mold in the air vents just added to the bad vibes

This would have been a very bad review had the manager not fixed it. Store was extremely busy and my hot sub was given out by mistake. I ordered online to avoid the wait so, imagine my disappointment. I had to wait for another sandwich, and the employee that gave it out avoided me. After the rush the manager approached me and apologized sincerely and offered me a drink for my wait. Not only did he make sure he brought my sandwich directly to me, he also gave me a coupon for a free sandwich next visit. This changed my entire experience, and I will definitely return. BTW that was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had from Jersey Mike’s.

Standard Jersey Mike's sandwiches. Busy due to the college crowd, but Chris went above and beyond to give us great service tonight!

My sandwich was not the correct sandwich. I am a regular to the Albemarle Rd location, and I ordered my all time fav #65, but unfortunately my sandwich was identical to my son's big kahuna... Food was still tasty so I made no fuss, but I won't return, I'll just visit my original spot
