First time at Jersey Mikes and there’s a hair in my food. The food itself (the first half I actually ate) was decent, poor presentation and 90% lettuce but seeing that 2in hair as I was going in for the 2nd half honestly ruined my appetite. I’ll stick with Jimmy John’s. They remade my food but 9x out of 10 it’ll just sit in the fridge until it goes bad. Overrated for sure.

Straight Gas ⛽️. I'd eat Jersey mikes 24/7 if I could. Sandos always slap, got the kettle cooked chips (Jalapeño is the only way to go) and drinks. Service is kinda spotty, sometimes I'm in and out and sometimes I've had to wait 20 mins. Just depends on the day/time/workers, much like anywhere else. Always worth it though. Get the original Italian on that rosemary parm bread. Mikes way, of course, just watch em with the vinegar (some of em be a lil heavy handed) and make it a giant. I typically save half or 1/4th for lunch the next day. Still slaps ? Just remember to send all your shore points my way, preesh

Rude staff with nasty attitudes. Never received my food and all they did was verbally berate the driver trying to pick it up. Someone needs to teach them how to speak to people because they are not cut out to work with the public.

Jersey mikes in general has gotten so expensive. This location is our least favorite. We never seem to have good customer service experiences here, and the store never feels clean. The food is decent. But just hardly feels like a good value anymore.

We ordered the Philly cheese steaks from this location three times. It was wonderful the first time. It was made by a different person and the last two were made by the same person and it was almost horrible. The bread was stale and the sandwich wasn’t cut. I usually like this location because the items and sandwiches are better but this location has changed

This place can never get my order right ! ?every time I go they burn my meat , I even specify not to burn my meat and every time surly they do . Asked them to make it over and it seemed to be an issue good is way too expensive to get burnt food never going back again !!!!!!

I'm a Jersey Mikes regular but just moved to Charlotte and really missing our Swansboro location. I asked for a #7 but since I'm pregnant I requested that the turkey be heated up...unfortunately they refused to do that. I had to order something completely different. Our Swansboro location was always accommodating.

Ok Jersey Mike's the tuna is good. The wait is a little long. The dining room wasn't that clean.... a few s observed, but none landed on my bread. The price point is reasonable and you passed the soft bread test. I downloaded the app and it didn't work ?. No wifi tho??? I may try another location next time- the one on Albemarle Road has a Tuesday combo Special!

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's. This was the first time that I wasn't able to finish a sub from there. It was poorly made and very sloppy. It actually made me sick to my stomach. I will chop it up to the person having a bad night. I definitely haven't given up on them, and I always recommend them.

Most poorly managed Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. The bread and meat/cheese slicer Guy couldn’t remember which sandwiches we ordered, second employee seemed to be unsure what “Mike’s way” meant, cashier was rude, she was more concerned with the online orders coming through and not the alive and in person customers standing in front of her. I’m pretty sure we were overcharged too but anything to get out of there. They were out of lids for regular cups and the root beer was out of syrup. Every trash can was overflowing trash. The bathrooms were filthy and the toilets had rings of filth in the bowls. Good thing I was just passing through Charlotte. I’ll never be back to this location.

Placed online order for #14 Veggie. Specifically requested NO MAYO and everything else that was a veggie on the menu (See photo for details). Unfortunately I failed to check my order before leaving the store. To my surprise at home on my $8 sammich was tomato, onion, loads of lettuce and of course MAYO! Happily returned to store for refund #sarcasmintended. Still hungry.Recommendations: As a common courtesy to the online customer picking up, if you are out of any items that was ordered, please inform the person that is picking up the order. Will I return? (Magic 8 ball response) Outlook not so good
