Ordered online and still had to wait when I got there. People just walking in off of the street got theirs before me. Then the order was not correct and the meat portions were skippy. Spent over fourth bucks and even added a tip, which I won’t be doing again. No thank you or kiss my donkey… nothing.

Store staff is unprofessional and don't greet you as you enter the store, or even ask are you ready to order . Then the receipt machine was down to even give out a receipt, the quality of the food was way off . Definitely wouldn't recommend this location to no one.

Ordered a #17 at the counter and paid for my order. Waited 10 minutes and then the guy who took my order asked what I had Ordered. They lost my order from the counter to the grill. No apology or explanation. Just wrote up the order again and I had to wait again. Horrible!!!

If I could give it a zero I would. Messed up my online order..I drove back. No apologies. Then it's a heavy set blk girl, blonde hair purple tips. She doesn't speak, terrible attitude with everyone. Then it's a heavy set blk guy with glasses making sandwiches, then touching the register, then making sandwiches. Disgusting. Health dept needs to see. Place used to be nice. It was a another woman that was a manager. Whole crew was efficient then. Not sure what happened but never again. You can ck my shore points of how much I go to this location.Too many a attitudes. Never again!!

Placed an online order and received confirmation with a ready time, had to wait 30 mins past the promised time. Got home and all three sandwiches were wrong. Customers came in and ordered their food, received it, ate it and left before I got my order. Manager was not apologetic in the least little bit. I asked him just refund my money and I would go elsewhere but he claimed he didn’t know how since I used some shorepoints.

My son treated me to lunch,after his dentist appointment.....and asked me if I ever tried JM's and I told him I hadn't. He was very shocked so I had a regular tuna sub and it was the best sub I have Ever had!!!!? The customer service was great and will be returning to this location in the future!!! Keep up the great work JM's!!!

I loooove JM! Always have but this is the worse location I’ve been to. JM is my go to spot no matter where I am on the east coast. I’ve lived in the area for 5 years and the customer service has gotten progressively worse over the years! It’s sad that I have to choose Jimmy Johns over my fav sandwich spot because of how I’m treated and how unkept the restaurant looks. Hopefully it gets better one day ?

We did a preorder for 11am, arrived at 11:25am and the order wasn’t ready. We came back at 11:40am and the order still wasn’t ready. Bathrooms were not clean, no soap, and rude team working there. Would not recommend this location.
