Stopped in for lunch with my husband, the day after black Friday so things were super crazy. The staff was extremely professional and quick. They were also very kind and asked lots of questions about our day. Really loved this place!

It sad how down hill this Jersey Mikes have because they lack culture and customer service like they used to two years. I am happy to see one of the employees become a manager well deserved;however, I can mentally draining with to deal rude new employees that are hired. I do hope smiles and love for the customers comeback. Because the employees that are rude and do not have the patience to at least wait on the customer then get upset at the job you choose to work and blame the customers that working fast food chain and it can be exhausting is not on us we just come take our order which is your job

Great tasting subs. They offer a wide variety without having so many choices that is overwhelming. The staff is always pleasant and greets us when we come in.

Shout out to Tyshawn who was working hard alone tonight 11/14/25 at 7:45 pm. He had someone working but they never came out the entire time. I’m in management and I would never allow any staff member to work like this. Tyshawn was very friendly and helpful and apologized for the wait. Corporate needs to address this because customer service is what keeps any business afloat. Tyshawn seems to be a great asset just unfortunate he has a coworker who doesn’t have the same attitude!

They were very busy and had online orders backed way up, but still polite and prompt. I was impressed how quickly they got my order taken care of despite how busy they were!

I’m not sure who the lady was that was making sandwiches by herself at 8:45, but she deserves a raise!!! Service was great, she was nice and helpful to the everyone who came in while she was swamped. (To management: you need another closing employee asap!)

Stopped by today (9/10, 1:00p) and was immediately greeted with a smile and hello. I got in line and thought the employee was working with a customer- he acknowledged me as well to help speed up the process. I was only picking up an online order and it was ready at the exact time I was given. All employees were professional and genuinely nice. The place was clean and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This is the best Jersey Mike's. The team at this location knocks it out and are outstanding. From the sandwiches to keeping the dining area clean they are top notch, especially Tony and Tyshon.

One of the best jersey Mike's I've been to. They're all pretty solid, but this location in particular has a very good staff. We've been going to this location for a while, but they knew my whole family's sandwich order after just a few times. Whoever does the hiring at this place has found some great people. Much appreciated!
