Jersey mikes subs

First of all I love Jersey Mikes. But I went to this one a little while back and got the skimpiest sub i've ever gotten at one. The sandwich was good.There just wasn't a lot of it and it was super thin. I'm used to the ones I went to in wilmington, north carolina, and the one in statesville, north carolina, their subs were always on point. Don't get me wrong. The employee's were nice and the place was clean. I was just disappointed in the size of my sandwich. I do have enough points to get a free sub.So i'm gonna go back and try it again.If my sandwich is better, I'll change my review because like I said, I do love jersey mikes

Ordered a Turkey sandwich I called the store and told them i placed an order with uber eats she stated she had my ticket in hand I told her I wanted a dry sandwich so I told her to put the oil and vinegar on the side, along with the pickles and onions. Received the sandwich total opposite everything was on the sandwich so much mayo, pickles, vinegar I couldn't even eat it so messy and wet and they forgot the cookie. I just put the whole sandwich in the garbage what a waste of 20 something dollars taco bell would have been better that sandwich. NEVER AGAIN 😡

This Jersey Mike's could do no wrong during their early period of operation but as time has gone on it seems the hiring practice has become a bit cavalier. The sandwiches are great and fresh. Yet increasingly too pricey for what you get. Maybe new employees should be supervised while making sandwiches, because I've gotten a few that were close to being salads as the contents were barely in the bread. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt by suggesting it's isolated to new employees Also, it's a gamble when you order online and customize what you want or don't want on your sandwich. You get your sandwich home and realize they didn't even look at that part of your order. I don't believe they've gone too far left to turn back right. Simply administer some investigative research to the operation and tweak it. But I have to mention the pricing again. Either have more frequent discount promotions or at least make staff wear tuxedos to justify the pretentious price😆

The lady waited on us was not friendly at all
the place was not very clean.
This lady put way to much mayo on my sandwich the tea was extremely to sweet.
The atmosphere was not great.
People working there could be more caring.
We will not be back any time soon.
Way to pricey for a giant foot long and sweet tea and a very small bag of chips.

Every time I’ve come into this location, Charlie has always greeted me with such kindness and with a smile. He really makes this place somewhere I want to keep coming for my lunch break. He doesn’t just say hello to you, but genuinely tries to get to know you and care for you while dining. Not many places have customer service like this anymore so he deserves a raise! I love this place because of Charlie! And they make a mean sandwich! Will be back!
