I’m honestly baffled by how low the bar must be here. When you can’t be bothered to cut a sandwich all the way through, it says a lot about the level of care—or lack of it—being put into the job. This isn’t some complex request; it’s basic attention to detail.

If an employee can’t complete something as simple and standard as cutting a sandwich properly, it makes me seriously question their work ethic and, more importantly, who thought they were qualified to be hired in the first place. Small things matter in food service, and this place clearly doesn’t understand that.

I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! My sandwich was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I wanted. What really made the visit even better was the staff. The employees were so nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, attentive, and created such a positive atmosphere. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

I’m genuinely disappointed by my recent experience at this location. The service was awful, and it’s clear the manager needs to reconsider who’s scheduled for Sundays. The attitudes from the staff were so bad that I actually had to tell the girl to forget about my sandwich and that I didn’t even want it anymore. If you can’t prepare food with even a little care or enthusiasm, why should anyone want to eat it or waste their money on it?
It’s frustrating to leave this review, especially since I had a great experience just a few days ago during the week around lunchtime—different staff, seemed more professional, and actually greeted me. Unfortunately, the Sunday crew really gave this place a bad name, especially the two women working around 12:30 PM on 10/25/2025.
I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes some changes to improve the serviceI’m

I got the giant chicken bacon sandwich. I felt like the pace was good they had a lot of customers they were able to care for quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed the blue labeled cream soda.

I came into the restaurant at 12:12 and there weee two seniors have lunch which made me the ONLY one in line
I stood in waiting for someone to acknowledge me and submit my order
I stood there (there were 4 associates working and didn’t acknowledge me ) for 2:13 I stood while Brianna wiped down the counter before she said “hi sir, may I take your order?” I hesitated to see if she would at least apologize for making me stand for so long
She took my order which was NOT difficult but specific
Needless to say my order was NOT correct
I was so disappointed I didn’t say anything because usually NOTHING is done about these situations
Jersey mikes should train their employees on customer service
Not a difficult thing just courteous
I will not be coming back to Jersey Mikes and I am sharing my experience with my inner circle
