Yesterday was the best experience because a worker named Jamal, and a worker name Cameron, they were on it. It was just two of them and they was being quick about it. They also gave me good service and made my sandwich with care. I will definitely come back to jersey mikes, yesterday made my day. They was also being an efficient way, I could tell they was busy they had customers, and multiple online or doordash orders by the slicer. One more thing I would like to add is that the slicer, not even the slicer the whole environment is cleaned and well organized. Keep up the good work

I went in there and wasn’t served for 20 minutes. Incredibly behind and the worker named Jamal Rudely yelled “aye” at me across the restraint, I will not be going back. Another worker who was off shift had to apologize for the wait time because they were to busy goofing off.

Definitely the worst jersey mikes I’ve been too, guys working are way more interested in their dirty cell phones. Smells like cigs, I can nearly guarantee there isn’t any hand washing going on. Rude, unprofessional, and unhygienic. Hopefully the owner sells this one to somebody that gives a damn.

I haven’t had Jersey Mikes in years but I decided to try it out again. I was shocked at the speed and efficiency of the staff. All the workers were authentically friendly. They didn’t sound like they were forced to be nice or repeating what they were trained to say. They were so easy to chat with. The manager Liz took them time to introduce herself to me and she came out to the dining room while I was eating to check on me and ask me how my meal was. This is the kind of customer service that will keep bringing me back! Great job Jersey Mikes

We had Jersey Mike’s on Colony rd. In Charlotte for the millionth time today and it tasted better than ever before. A gentlemen named Craig made our sandwiches with real care and they tasted so much better than when others just throw stuff together. We’re only having Craig make our subs from now on.
