I haven’t had Jersey Mikes in years but I decided to try it out again. I was shocked at the speed and efficiency of the staff. All the workers were authentically friendly. They didn’t sound like they were forced to be nice or repeating what they were trained to say. They were so easy to chat with. The manager Liz took them time to introduce herself to me and she came out to the dining room while I was eating to check on me and ask me how my meal was. This is the kind of customer...

We had Jersey Mike’s on Colony rd. In Charlotte for the millionth time today and it tasted better than ever before. A gentlemen named Craig made our sandwiches with real care and they tasted so much better than when others just throw stuff together. We’re only having Craig make our subs from now on.

Love everything about this location. The food is always outstanding, of course, but really it’s about the unbelievably good customer service. Entire staff is super friendly (shout out to Liz) & they genuinely care how you’re doing & making sure everything’s perfect before you go. Can’t recommend enough!
