I haven’t had Jersey Mikes in years but I decided to try it out again. I was shocked at the speed and efficiency of the staff. All the workers were authentically friendly. They didn’t sound like they were forced to be nice or repeating what they were trained to say. They were so easy to chat with. We had Jersey Mike’s on Colony rd. In Charlotte for the millionth time today and it tasted better than ever before. A gentlemen named Craig made our sandwiches with real care and they tasted so much better than when others just throw stuff together. We’re only having Craig make our subs from now on.
