Listen when I tell you this Jersey Mike right here on 74 hwy in Monroe, NC is the absolute best. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the way the manager Alyssa interacts with the customers and her team is amazing. You can see how her crew loves working together with her. It puts a smile on my face every time. To be able to come to work and have fun with each other is a blessing. I wish all managers would take a page from her book. Superb job Jersey Mikes. Definitely telling my friends and family to visit the store.

I came in technically on Tuesday which was last night. When I came in I was greeted by a girl at the slicer, and a girl topping sandwiches. Another girl was cooking on the grill and a young man was moving around from place to place. There were two ladies giving one of the girls a hard time but they were busy and they did amazing. I was out as fast as possible and the food was great. Everyone was polite even when the two ladies were actively speaking badly about one of the employees in front of all of the staff and customers faces. I am a regular here and I really enjoy coming on Tuesday with the Tuesday specials. Overall, the food is great and the service is great. I highly recommend coming here, especially on Tuesday.

Alyssa gave the best customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve frequently visited different jersey mikes and this is BY FAR THE BEST location I’ve ever been too. The staff is super friendly, always laughing and making the customers feel welcomed. The girl in the boot was making sure everyone was doing what they needed to do. If every jersey mikes would welcome their customers they way Alyssa does they would never go out of business!
