Got the steak and cheese asked for extra mayonnaise. Steak was great but there was hardly any mayonnaise on it at all. Apparently the kid that took my order didn't hear me correctly. Had to drive back up there and of course they remade the sandwich with less meat and entirely too much mayonnaise. Stuff happens not the end of the world but frustrating.

Ordered a head. On a busy Sunday ended up waiting 20 mins for order to come out. Would have been faster coming in and ordering. I’m not sure what the point of ordering a head is. Food was good though. Just not a Sub above as expected

I live closer to the indian trail location and go there often but when I have the opportunity to go the monroe location I do as the personal in here is AWESOME!! Today I went in and the sun was terrible!! Blazing in it was actually annoying as a customer and made me feel that Im not coming back here in the afternoon. Please blinds up, instead of blinding your guests!!

I’ve been to a lot of restaurants, but this is absolutely the best I have been too, as far as Jersey Mike’s’, this is a superior place to eat. The staff makes you feel like family. And they really love and care about what they do.
They are friendly but will not wash the equipment daily. You can tell by the build-up on the machine and by the window where the meat and cheese is being cut. Don't change gloves.

Alisha is freaking awesome!!!! She gets 10 stars. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and she cleaned the slicer with hot water, making sure it was clear of any meat. Her energy is amazing!!! Owners of this place are very lucky to have her. Thank you Alisha!!!
