I loved this store. It is so close to my home. On Dec 29th, my birthday, I had covid. I ordered 2 sandwiches through the JM app for delivery. When the food arrived, I only had one sandwich. I called the store twice and spoke to Jeremy, who assured me that a refund was submitted, but I was never credited. Now, I am stuck wondering if I can even go to another location. $12 isn't life changing for me, but theft is theft. Do keep this in mind, and pick up your food. This review would have been a rave, if JM had not stolen from me.

Staff did not make the sandwiches as ordered so since it was take out didn’t know this until arrived home. 2 sandwiches over $40 in cost and neither made correctly. Staff should pay more attention to the order instead of socializing among themselves - very disappointing.

What happened to Jersey Mikes?! The first few times I went to this location the food and service was excellent! That's changed drastically in the last several months. I waited 20 min for a mobile order and was given the wrong sandwich. I was given was much cheaper than what I ordered and paid for. I emailed corporate who directed me to the E. Blvd manager and the location manager did not respond. Tonight I ordered a sandwich and the meat is way over cooked and dry not to mention the bread is disintegrating with every bite. I'm done!

I came into this location and was immediately greeted by fast and friendly service!! Derek took my order and was very attentive and accurate. He also prepared my chicken Philly to perfection! Dwhite ensured that I was not passed over while waiting in line. Great job guys...I'll definitely be a returning customer!!
