Jersey Mike's Subs

Always fast and friendly service. The quality of food is good, always fresh and consistent too. I prefer Jersey Mike's over the other popular chain sandwich shops. #9 with provolone instead of Swiss is my go to. I just wish they didn't cook all their bacon so well done. I'm a soft/limp bacon person, so I often skip it bc it's just way too crispy for my taste. Which isn't something really to complain about or something I would deduct from their rating for. I'm sure I'm in the minority when it comes to the soft bacon as well lol

Best service I’ve ever experienced at any Jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. Food was amazing! Sebastian and Liz made sure I was welcomed when I came in and made my food made exactly the way I wanted. Highly recommend!!

I waited 25 minutes for a Philly cheesesteak sub with no one else in the store, which felt excessive. There were three employees working, but after 20 minutes, I had to ask if anyone was even making my sub. They just stared at me, confused. The service was beyond disappointing. It's frustrating to see such a lack of attention, especially when there are no other customers.

#42 is my favorite. It was a little wait but worth it.

They NEVER get the order correct. Don't bother trying to call to let them know, they won't even pick up the phone.

The last 4 times I have come to this location has been disappointing (incorrect orders). The first 2 visits which I recieved wrong orders, I didn't bother mentioning it to them.

But after the 3rd time recieving an incorrect order I tried calling the store no answer.

Now on my 4th visit giving it one last chance and having the same experience recieiving not only incorrect subs but also the bread being stale, whilst they can't even be bothered to pick up the phone will be my last time going to this location.

I'll just stick to the Stonecrest location. Always accurate & employees are friendly and provide a consistent, fantastic service. I'm yet to have an unpleasant experience at that location.

Out of the past five visits to this specific location, I’d venture to say our order was messed up four of those times. We’ve submitted our poor experience previously with no response from the owner, which is disappointing. As much as we love Jersey Mikes, it might be worth the trip to drive further to a different location or choose another option when we’re craving sandwiches.

We had excellent service and the staff is so outgoing and friendly especially Sebastian!

Time management and customer service is not their top priority

Sebastian and Crew was amazing. The service was SUPERB. The sub I enjoyed was the BIG KAHUNA CHICKEN and it was pipping HOT. I will always come to this Jersey Mikes because of that guy. Blessings Brother!

I only go to this location it is the best, you got employees like Sebastian who just make going to this location a very satisfying experience can't get any better Subs than Jersey Mike's and this location especially!

I’ve been coming to this location for the better part of a year and the guys that make my subs never fail to deliver. They’re the reason that I come to this Jersey Mikes specifically. Keep up the good work y’all!
