Sebastian and Crew was amazing. The service was SUPERB. The sub I enjoyed was the BIG KAHUNA CHICKEN and it was pipping HOT. I will always come to this Jersey Mikes because of that guy. Blessings Brother!

I only go to this location it is the best, you got employees like Sebastian who just make going to this location a very satisfying experience can't get any better Subs than Jersey Mike's and this location especially!

I was really disappointed Friday night. Mike's is the closest I can get to the Italian hero I'm used to on LI. Let me preface this by saying I order Mike's at least once a week and always enjoy my sub.
Friday was a different story. I ordered my usual #13 with the works and added a note to add extra vinegar and oil. I picked up my order around 6:50pm. I got home, unwrapped my sub and was already disappointed. There was hardly anything between the bread. Usually there is a heaping amount of lettuce but this time hardly any. The meat and cheese was sliced so thin I could literally see though it. Definitely no extra oil and vinegar. Then I took a bite and the bread stale. Like really stale. Very disappointed in spending that much money and tip for something sub par. Granted I'm a member and this was my free sub. Is it possible that whoever made my sandwich knew it was a freebie and therefore made a bad sub? I don't know. This won't stop me from eating Mike's. I just won't be going to that location anymore.

Just walked in and waited 20 min in the front. Wasn’t greeted or helped by anyone. Heard people in the back talking. No one came out. No one was in the front

Sebastian and zack were amazing! They made my Friday night - they were a reminder that good people do exist. They had great energy, smiles, they seemed happy to be there! It’s not common this day and age to see people who are content being at work - so refreshing!!

Two young guys were working the front when I went in to get a gift card for Valentine's Day. Both were so friendly and personable. This may be my new favorite location because of them.
