I just visited this location. This is the first time going to Jersey Mike and exp is bad bad. The bread was as hard as stone. Cant believe spent 10 bucks for crappy food. Never going back ever !!

I went here for lunch on Thursday 1-15-26. The vlonde lady who took order did great. The black hair guy who made the sandwiches, didnt seem to like that I asked for tomatoes on the side, not did he give them to me. He was very heavy handed and sloppy with my sandwiches. Slapping down the bread like he was angry or didnt want to be there. The grilled chicken kahuna was sloppy and falling out of the wrapper, nor was it cut. I've definitely had better experiences here.

A joke of people working at your store!!!! All of them not wearing any hair nets or hats to prevent hair from falling into food. Then to top it off the dude with the dreads acts like I owe him a favor for being there, doesn’t even look me in the eye and doesn’t ask me what kind of bread I want!!! Then to top it off they are confused on what to make and have no idea what’s going on. Then there is a girl in the back with red hair with no hat on cooking on the flat top drinking soda, and on her phone while there is a line. I’ve been going to Jersey mikes before these kids were born!!!! And to see business like this is sad but shameful. Managers and owners do better or maybe if they knew better they would do better!!!!

Can you please get straws that actually reach the bottom of the giant drinks? And please dont smush the cups either… my lid wouldnt stay on. 5 stars only cause i crave the sandwiches all the time haha

every time i online order here, there’s always something messed up with my sandwich. asked for mayo and they gave me both mayo AND mustard (there was nothing about mustard on my order or ticket). please read the orders more carefully before you make them!

I was there on Sat 7/26 ordered a regular turkey and provolone. This was the lightest sandwich ever hardly any meat in it at all. See pics. I usually get mini and much more meat. The staff just looked at me crazy when I stated the sandwich had very little meat no one said one word. I will return going back to Jersey Mike in 49 where you get your moneys worth. See pictures

1st time at this location, which is fairly new. Fast service, friendly staff, and a nice variety of cold and hot sandwiches. Plenty of seating, and they are well organized. There are plenty of parking spots as well for the 5pm hour.
