1st time at this location, which is fairly new. Fast service, friendly staff, and a nice variety of cold and hot sandwiches. Plenty of seating, and they are well organized. There are plenty of parking spots as well for the 5pm hour.

6 employees, 2 of them seemed to be managers, were working the day we visited. We were the only customers in the store and we still had to ask for them to take our order. They were too busy talking to each other. After we received our order, I asked for dressing on my salad and I was told she already put it on there, even though I was standing there watching her make it. I had to disagree and insist she put dressing on my salad.

The staff is here is so nice! It feels like I’m seeing family every time I come in. They literally carried me through my entire pregnancy. I felt like every sandwich was made with love! This is the only location I’d ever come to. Thank you guys so much!

Terrible service. No one in there is actively listening to what the order is and ringing up the wrong order. Then giving out the order and having people pay just to receive the wrong item. Word of advice : Make sure your cooks everyone is on the same page.

As a regular at this location, I am so deeply disappointed in the service I just received. I also want to note that arrived at the store before 8:30p and it closes at 9p. I waited twenty minutes for a hot sandwich. However, while most would be annoyed by this, the wait is not my issue despite the fact that no one was in the restaurant. The cheese was not melted on a grilled sandwich and the bacon, which comes on the sandwich was not included. I looked at the sandwich when I walked out before driving home. I walked back in and after I expressed my concerns, I was given two pieces of bacon by a staff member (white women with blonde hair) who had been cleaning the store with gloves, bacon in hand with the same gloves she was cleaning with. At this point, I was so disappointed that I walked out and walked back in the store in my confusion for what just happened to request the cooperate number, which I was told that I could have the owner’s number as no one knew the corporate number. I visit this location at least once a week so I’m deeply concerned for those who visit the location and have no idea of what I just experienced. To make this more real, I have had multiple free sandwiches due to the point system is used by the company and have enough for a free sandwich now, all of which are based on my visit to this location. Beyond disappointed in my treatment, very disgusted by the lack of care for my safety, and deeply concerned by the potential health hazard this could have caused me if any cleaning products were consumed. Maybe the health department should pay this location another visit.

Extremely impressed at how the staff never stopped. They weren’t overly friendly however these young people never once stopped. They were slammed and kept the line moving.

Today was rough for me but the Team working with Ms Tina; made today better for me! They were upbeat and happy and it made me smile! The customer service by Kendra, Akira... sure I spelt that wrong and I can't remember the other young ladies name was amazing. People complain all the time... I wanted to share a positive experience, and speak to their great customer service ???

TP Nostalgia

The staff needs better training on how to interact with customers and better attitudes overall. They seem bothered that they are working and have customers to attend to. The owner is friendly, but I wish his energy was reflected in the staff.
