Terrible service, the cashier is rude and treated us badly and practically made us leave because she was sweeping and we had to wait outside for 40 minutes for 1 pizza.

Never been and ordered 2 sausage slices and got 2 square slices plain. Looked at menu after but they didn’t bother to tell me they do t have sausage slices. Pizza was good but I prefer NY style thin.

After waiting almost an hour after our expected delivery time and 3 phone calls to the Mallard Creek Church location in Charlotte, this is what we received. The picture says it all. Jet's can do better than this!

Ordered for delivery, food never showed up. Called 15 minutes after scheduled delivery time and was told “it’s on the way”. Called again 45 minutes later and was told “the driver didn’t drop it off. We can send it back out with another driver and if you call to order again from this number we’ll give a $15 credit for the inconvenience.” Not wanting an hours old cold pizza that may or may not be delivered by the second driver, nor having any intent to order by phone in the future, I declined and requested to cancel the order. I hope that driver enjoyed the pizza they decided not to drop off. We’ll see if the refund makes it to me or goes the way of the pizza… either way I won’t be wasting my time and money here again.

New to town and trying all the pizza places and we will be back to Jet’s. The pizza was delicious. We got a NY style, sausage and pineapple with jalapeño, and a salad. Super friendly staff when I picked it up!
